Bavarian salad ingredients are most often cut into strips. But you can cut them into cubes, and small gherkins are sometimes added whole.

If you put the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour, it will soak in the dressing and become even tastier. To serve on a festive table, the components of such a dish can not be mixed, but placed in layers, for example, on a lettuce leaf. Garnish with a sprig of dill, olives or corn.

Vinegar 2 tbsp. (3-6%)
Broth 150 ml
Parsley

how to prepare Bavarian salad:

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cover with water and cook until tender. Without wasting time, cut the bacon or sausage into cubes or strips and fry in vegetable oil. Using a slotted spoon, place on a napkin to drain all the fat. Chop the onion into half rings and saute it in the same oil until transparent. Add sugar, vinegar, sliced pickles, mustard and broth to a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Peel and cut the hot potatoes, add onion, chopped parsley, bacon or sausage products, pepper and pour over the cucumber sauce. Mix well and serve; you can cool before serving. After the mushrooms and sausages were cooked, I added them to the rest of the chopped ingredients.

In yet hot salad added mayonnaise.

The salad can be served as independent dish To festive table. It can also be a great addition to a side dish, such as mashed potatoes.
And remember - life is too short. A healthy lifestyle is, of course, right choice. But there are moments when you should give yourself a rest and not let the gray everyday life extinguish all the other colors of life. Don't forget this. And, of course, don’t forget to pamper yourself and your loved ones, no matter what.

Tips for the hostess
Bavarian sausages, if unavailable, can be replaced with smoked ones hunting sausages. The taste of the salad will change a little; choose those varieties that contain both meat and lard.
Choose exclusively proven companies, as cheaper sausages smell terrible when fried.
You can also replace smoked bacon, cut it into striped flats.
When frying mushrooms, it is important to pour in just a little oil, since during frying a good sausage will still release a decent amount of fat.
