- pasta - 0.5 kg (any - from spaghetti to horns);

Pour water into a saucepan with a volume of at least two liters (for our amount of pasta). We put it on high heat and wait for it to boil.

When air bubbles appear on the surface, add pasta. Reduce the intensity of the fire to medium.

Don't forget to add salt. Here you will need half a tablespoon of salt. You can, of course, do this before putting it in the oven, but it’s better during cooking.

Be sure to stir the pasta immediately. Otherwise, they may stick to the bottom. The dough begins to swell, picking up moisture, and becomes sticky. In about seven minutes the pasta will be ready. More precise cooking times can be found on the packaging of a particular product. Cooked pasta will noticeably increase in size and become soft. You can check this by removing a few pieces from the water using a slotted spoon.

Pour the finished pasta into a colander. This way we will salt the water and can rinse the horns under running cold water.

Add a few pieces of butter (about 40 g).

In a heat-resistant dish, preferably flat, pour a little olive oil on the bottom.

Add pasta in there too. Distribute them evenly over the entire surface of the bottom. You need to work carefully. The horns are very slippery, and due to the oil they can easily “escape” from the dishes.

Remove the shells from the raw eggs and pour them into a fairly deep bowl.

Now you need to turn them into a homogeneous mass using a fork or whisk. There is no need to beat until foamy.

Pour the pasta in a heat-resistant dish with the resulting egg mixture and sprinkle with your favorite spices. You can use special additives, but just ground black pepper will be enough.

The dish should be sprinkled with cheese immediately before placing it in the oven. To do this, grate it on a fine grater.

Sprinkle cheese shavings evenly over all pasta.

Melt the butter in a small container, then, slowly, add the flour and carefully pour in the milk. Remember: the sauce must be stirred constantly to avoid lumps. Season the sauce with salt and remove from heat. Now place the boiled pasta with minced meat in a greased form (the pasta can be any type you like) and pour in the sauce. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and place in an oven preheated to 200ºC for 15-20 minutes. 500 g minced meat,
1-2 onions,
1 carrot,
5 medium sized tomatoes
salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

Preparation:
Fry finely chopped onion and grated carrots on a medium grater in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Add minced meat to the vegetables, stir, breaking up any lumps. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skins from them and, cutting them into small cubes, add them to the minced meat. Many housewives also add tomato paste, but you can do without it. Add just a little broth or water to the pan and simmer the vegetables and minced meat for 5-10 minutes. Boil the shells until half cooked, drain in a colander, leave for a while, and then place in a greased baking dish, fill with the resulting tomato and meat filling and bake in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished hot dish with chopped herbs and, if desired, with grated cheese.

Ingredients:
400 g pasta,
3 slices stale white bread,
3-4 cloves of garlic (the quantity can be increased or decreased at your discretion),
2 processed cheeses,
1 stack milk,
2 tbsp. l. flour,
butter,
salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation:
Crush the bread into small pieces with your hands. In a frying pan with heated butter, lightly fry the chopped garlic. Then place the bread pieces in the resulting garlic oil and fry, stirring constantly, until golden crisp. Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked and drain in a colander. Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour and fry until golden brown. Next, pour the milk into the pan in a thin stream, stir well to avoid lumps, and heat everything until thickened. Then add grated processed cheese (you can adjust the quantity yourself), stirring, and heat everything again until a homogeneous mass is formed. Don't forget to salt and pepper it to taste. Place the pasta in a greased baking dish, pour in the sauce, sprinkle with fried croutons and place in an oven preheated to 180ºC for 15-20 minutes.

This dish is perfect as a side dish for meat or fish dishes.

Pasta in the oven in Greek style

Ingredients:
500 g pasta,
500 g minced beef,
1 onion,
2 tomatoes
60 g flour,
60 g butter,
750 ml milk,
3 eggs,
250 g hard cheese,
vegetable oil,
salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste, nutmeg (optional).

Preparation:
Chop the onion and fry it until light golden brown. Then add minced meat, diced peeled tomatoes, half a glass of water and bay leaf. Bring everything to a boil, reduce heat, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with a lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Boil the pasta until half cooked, drain in a colander and lightly sprinkle with vegetable oil. Grate the cheese. To bake this dish, chefs advise using hard cheese such as Parmesan. Although if you think about it, our hard cheeses are no worse - they have been tested and tested for years. Fry the flour in butter until golden brown, pour in the milk, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Ingredients:
250 g pasta (preferably shells),
200 g boiled ham,
400 g champignons,
4 tomatoes
500 ml milk,
125 ml water,
100 ml sour cream,
80-100 g grated cheese,
1 tbsp. l. starch,
2 tbsp. l. chopped parsley,
salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation:
Boil the shells in salted water until tender, drain in a colander and let the water drain. Meanwhile, finely chop the mushrooms and ham. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, scald them with boiling water, and cut into cubes. Fry the mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil heated in a frying pan, add tomatoes, ham, parsley, salt to taste, mix well and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. In a separate saucepan, boil the milk, add water and starch, stir (preferably with a whisk) and cook for 1 minute. Then add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Grease the prepared baking dish with butter and place half of the pasta in it. Distribute them in an even layer, top with fried mushrooms, ham and tomatoes, and cover with the remaining pasta. Pour the sauce over the pasta casserole, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 200ºC for 25-30 minutes.

Preparation:

1. First of all, boil the pasta in salted water until tender.

2. Cut the peeled onions into small cubes.

3. Now you need to grate the cheese on a medium grater.

4. Beat the eggs a little with a pinch of salt.

5. Combine them with milk and mix.

6. Place the boiled tubes in a colander and rinse with cold water.

7. Fry the onion in a frying pan until golden brown.

8. Add the minced meat to the onion, add a little salt and pepper and fry until done.

To prevent the minced meat from clumping during frying, you need to add half a glass of water to it and stir.

9. When everything is ready, we begin to place the ingredients in the baking dish.

The first layer is pasta, but not all of it, but only half of it.

This is the casserole we made for dinner today. I didn’t want to mess around for a long time, so I made it according to this recipe. We could have added cheese, but we remembered about it already when we cut the finished dish and put it on plates.

But it turned out very tasty even without cheese. Yes, by the way, we cooked it in a frying pan, but you can and probably even need to bake it in the oven. Well, okay, this option can be called a quick meal when you really want to eat.

Ingredients:

  • pasta 200 gr.
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • milk 60 ml.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. We put water in a saucepan and put it on the fire until it boils. After the water boils, add the pasta and cook until tender.

Pasta can be anything you want, but for casseroles it’s very good to use tubes, because they are hollow and the filling is collected and baked in them, which makes the dish tastier. We didn’t have any straws, so we took shells, which is also very good.

2. Meanwhile, peel and wash the onion. Cut it into quarter rings.

3. Pour a little vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and add the onion to it.

4. Fry until golden over medium heat.

5. Let's start filling the base. To do this, break the eggs into a bowl.

6. Pour milk into them and add a pinch of salt.

You can add pepper or any other spices you like. We didn’t add anything except salt, because we don’t have any lovers of all kinds of spices.

7. Whisk the eggs with milk until smooth.

8. Place the finished pasta in a colander and rinse with cold running water.

9. Pour 1/3 of the egg mass into a frying pan with fried onions.

10. Place “shells” on top of them.

11. Now fill them with the remaining eggs and close the pan with a lid.

12. Bake over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Pasta with chicken and bechamel sauce

This recipe requires a little more time and expense. After all, we will need to prepare bechamel sauce. It is this that will give the finished dish a wonderful and unique taste, and the chicken will only emphasize and make it even brighter, tastier and more satisfying.

This casserole can easily be placed on a holiday table. The guests will be delighted, and you will show off your culinary skills.

Ingredients:

for the sauce:

  • milk 1 l.
  • flour 60 g.
  • butter - 50 g.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • thyme, sage
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg

for the dish itself:

  • any pasta 350 g.
  • bacon 150 g.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • chicken breast 1 pc.
  • broccoli 1 head
  • zucchini 1 pc.
  • cheese 150 gr.

Preparation of bechamel sauce:

1. Place the milk in a saucepan and add the peeled onion and cut into 2 parts. We put it on fire.

2. We also add several sprigs of thyme and sage to the milk. Bring to a boil and immediately reduce the heat to low so that it just heats up, but does not boil.

You can also use dried herbs, only after the milk has flavored, it will need to be strained.

3. Meanwhile, while the milk is gaining flavor and aroma, fry the flour in a dry frying pan or in a saucepan.

The color and aroma of the sauce depends on the degree of frying of the flour. The more we fry, the more creamy the color the sauce will become, and the richer the taste.

4. Add butter to the flour and stir until the ingredients are completely mixed.

5. Remove the onion and herbs from the milk and begin to gradually add it to the flour, stirring constantly so that no lumps form.

6. Add some salt and pepper. Grate the nutmeg and mix.

7. Cover with a lid and leave to warm over low heat.

Preparing the casserole:

1. Place a pan of water on the fire until it boils. After the water boils, add some salt and add our pasta to it. Cook until half cooked over high heat.

2. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into small pieces and send it to the frying pan to fry a little.

3. Cut the onion into thin half rings or cubes and add to the bacon.

4. Zucchini should be cut into medium-sized cubes.

On a note! This is an optional component that can be ignored.

5. Send the zucchini to the fried bacon and onions. Fry a little (just a little) so that the zucchini remains a little crispy.

6. Take several broccoli florets and add them to the pasta 3-4 minutes before the end of cooking.

At this stage, all the ingredients will be ready, including the sauce and bacon and zucchini.

7. Drain the water from the pan and combine with the frying. Mix.

8. Pour bechamel sauce and stir.

9. Spread the resulting mass in an even layer into a refractory mold.

While 250 g of pasta is cooking, chop a large onion and fry it in 2 tbsp. l. olive oil. When the onion becomes softer, add 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste and fry a little more. The fire should be small. Mix the fried onions with the prepared pasta and add 150 g of diced ham.

Boil 250 g of any pasta. Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and fry in 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, and as soon as a pleasant aroma begins to spread through the kitchen, throw the diced zucchini into the pan. Fry vegetables for 3 minutes.

Cut 200 g of cherry tomatoes into halves, prepare 200 g of canned green peas without liquid, finely chop a bunch of parsley and grate 200 g of hard cheese. Mix all ingredients except cheese and add a little salt.

Grease a ceramic dish with olive oil, place pasta and vegetables in it and sprinkle with cheese. Place the dish in the oven, and when it is cooked, serve immediately!

In Spanish

Historically, Italians have been the best at making pasta. But when you try pasta with spicy Spanish chorizo ​​sausage, your opinion will change. However, everything is in order.

While 400g of pasta is cooking, finely chop the onion and fry it in a little olive oil over very low heat. The onion should simmer until it becomes tender and transparent.

Boil 200 g of pasta, and while it is cooking, fry 600 g of minced pork and beef in a small amount of olive oil. Add chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic to the meat, as well as grated carrots. Simmer and fry the minced meat with vegetables until the carrots are soft, then add 3 diced tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes. Salt and pepper the minced meat, grate 150 g of cheese and take out the ceramic mold.

Grease the dish with olive oil, place a layer of pasta on the bottom tightly together, and sprinkle half of the grated cheese on top. The next layer will be minced meat with vegetables, which needs to be greased with a little sour cream or mayonnaise on top - for juiciness. Then make another layer of pasta and sprinkle it with cheese again. Bake the pasta with minced meat in the oven for 10 minutes, be sure to serve with fresh herbs, which will pleasantly highlight the taste of the meat and give the dish a festive look.

Red and green

This casserole has a very impressive look, because red tomatoes and green broccoli successfully rhyme in one dish, ideally combined with pasta and chicken in the oven.

Boil 200 g of pasta, preferably penne, prepare vegetable frying with chicken. Sauté finely chopped onion in 3 tbsp. l. olive oil and add the crushed garlic clove at the very end. Cut 600 g of chicken fillet from the thigh into cubes and add to the onion. Place the cooked penne into the pan and stir well.
