  • dill, parsley (greens) - 1 small bunch each.

Place washed, peeled and cut into strips carrots, celery, parsnips, onions and parsley roots into a saucepan with water and boil for about 20 minutes. Add potatoes, cut into medium cubes, to the almost ready vegetables.
