Preparing lasagna with minced meat:

1. To quickly prepare lasagna, housewives most often use ready-made sheets of “Lasagne” - this is the same pasta made from durum wheat, only in the form of rectangular layers.

2. Salt the minced meat, beat an egg into a bowl and add chopped onions.

3. The minced meat needs to be mixed thoroughly.

4. Place several sheets of lasagna on a baking sheet in one layer.

5. Then spread some of the minced meat on top about 1.5 cm thick.

  • Chicken breast - 100 gr.

  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
  • A small piece of butter
  • Some young cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta and drain the water.

  2. Cut the chicken breast into pieces.

  3. Using a blender or meat grinder, grind the chicken into minced meat and transfer to a separate container.

  4. Grind the broccoli in a blender or meat grinder and transfer it to a container with the minced meat.

  5. Mix the minced chicken thoroughly. If desired, you can add a little salt.

  6. Grate half the carrots on a coarse grater.

  7. Prepare white sauce. To do this, put a saucepan with milk on the fire and add a piece of butter.

  8. When the milk boils, put the heat on medium and sift the flour into the pan, stirring thoroughly so that no lumps form. Cook for about one minute until the sauce begins to thicken.

  9. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

  10. Now you can start assembling the lasagna. Place minced chicken on the bottom of the mold.

First you need to peel the tomatoes (to do this, make cross-shaped cuts on the tomatoes and put them in boiling water for a minute). The skin should come off easily on its own. Next, put the tomatoes, garlic and herbs into a blender and make the mixture homogeneous.

Melt some butter in a small bowl and add flour to it, stirring constantly. Pour chilled milk into it.

Place it all on low heat and, stirring constantly, bring the sauce to a gradual thickening state. Try not to make any lumps in the sauce. If this happens, refine the sauce in a blender.

Place lasagna sheets tightly in the prepared pan, exactly the same size. Pour a little bechamel sauce over the leaves. Next you need to lay out the minced meat and some mushrooms on top. Sprinkle it all with a little cheese.

Then add the lasagna sheets again. Repeat this procedure until the minced meat is finished. It is clear that the last ones should be the lasagna sheets. Pour the sauce over again and sprinkle with cheese.

If there is any Bechamel left, you need to pour it over the lasagna. Now you need to put the dish in a preheated oven at 190°C for half an hour in foil. Finally, remove the foil from the dish and keep the lasagna in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Let the lasagne cool slightly before serving.
