How to cook a la “pizza” on a loaf

Pass the chicken breast through a meat grinder. We take young zucchini, with tender skin, which we do not cut off, cut sweet peppers, pickled cucumbers and onions into small cubes. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add all these vegetables to our minced meat.


Beat in the egg, salt and pepper, add basil, oregano and mix well.


We take a good handful of minced meat and press it onto the loaf - it fits there perfectly. We try to make our sandwiches flat, taking into account the fact that we will still need to put cheese on them. Line a baking tray with baking paper if desired and transfer the sandwiches onto it.

Ingredients for the sandwich:
Ham – 150 gr
Dijon mustard - 3 tsp.

Hard cheese – 150 gr
Toast bread - 4 pieces

We choose delicious products to suit your taste. Let's start by taking the puff pastry out of the freezer and defrosting it at room temperature. At the same time, turn on the oven. Cut the cheese and ham into fairly large cubes. You can take any cheese you like, just one condition: it must melt well.



It's better to buy small, pretty champignons. Under a stream of cold water, we clean off with our hands everything unnecessary: ​​film, dirt. We take standard size wooden skewers. We string the products one by one, forming flavor beads. Thread the mushrooms onto the skewers carefully and carefully so that the champignons do not crack. Wash the cherry tomatoes and thread them onto skewers.



For a magical breakfast in bed, you need long strips of dough. So lightly flour your cutting board and roll out the dough. After lightly rolling out, you need to cut the dough into ribbons; they should be wide enough so that you can curl the snack with them.



We wrap ribbons of puff pastry around the appetizer on the skewer. There is a little secret: no matter how we roll out the dough, it may not be long enough. Therefore, when wrapping, slightly pull the dough right in your hands; if you do this carefully, it will not tear at all.

Any fish fillet – 500 g
Loaf - 1 pc. (400 gr)
Milk - 0.5 l.
Onions - 200 gr

Salt to taste
Greens - 30-50 g
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for lubrication

Preparation:
Finely chop the onion, herbs and fish and mix, salt and pepper to taste. Grate the hard cheese onto a separate plate.


Cut the loaf into pieces, about 2 cm each. Soak the pieces in milk and squeeze a little.


We make a depression in each piece, pressing down the crumb so that the pieces do not fall apart. Now put the fish with onions in the cavity and grease with mayonnaise.


Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a baking sheet and lay out the nests. Place in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes.



Open the oven, sprinkle with hard cheese and place in the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts. When ready, take it out and serve hot, garnish with herbs. Bon appetit!

Next, everything listed (except for bread and seasonings) should be cut into small cubes (sausage and onions), grated on a fine grater (potatoes, they should be slightly squeezed to make them drier; cheese), mixed with eggs and seasonings.

Spread the resulting mixture onto the bread, then place the spread piece into the frying pan with the bread facing up. Spread the top side too, and then fry until browned.

Sausage

This is a quick and tasty dish. For half a loaf you will need:

  • 2 large potatoes;
  • Sausage – 200 g;
  • Potatoes – 1-2 pieces;
  • 2 eggs;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Seasonings, spices, salt.

The potatoes are grated on a coarse grater, the sausage must also be grated. Both ingredients are mixed, eggs, salt, seasonings and spices are added to taste.

The bread is sliced, the prepared mass is applied to each piece. You should start frying in a frying pan on the coated side, then turn the sandwich over and fry on the other side.

You can eat these hot sandwiches with potatoes and sausage either hot or cold.

Without sausage

If you can’t find sausage, you can make excellent hot sandwiches simply with potatoes. For one loaf of bread you need to prepare:

  • 4 peeled potatoes;
  • 1 egg;
  • Garlic;
  • Seasonings or herbs, spices - to taste;
  • Salt.

The potatoes are grated on a fine grater, then an egg, salt, pepper, seasonings and chopped herbs are added to the grated potatoes, or just salt. If you don't have any seasonings, you can use a bouillon cube. To stir thoroughly.

Place a frying pan with vegetable oil on the fire, then spread the prepared potato mixture onto the sliced ​​bread.

Cut the pita bread according to the size of the sandwiches. You can buy small pita breads, or cut a large one into 4 pieces.

Place the filling either in the center of the bread sheet or from the edge, then simply wrap it like a pancake.

Place the resulting pancakes in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides.

After removing them from the frying pan, you can hold them for a while on a paper napkin, which will absorb excess oil from them, then place them on a dish and serve.

Cheese and sausage are alternately cut into strips. Do not mix them, put them separately. The onion is cut into rings and fried.

Then you should prepare the sauce: lightly dilute the tomato paste with water, add sugar and spices, mix thoroughly.

Cut the lavash sheets into rectangles and start putting the filling on them. This should be done in the following order:

  1. Spread with sauce;
  2. Lay out the cheese;
  3. Place sausage;
  4. Fried onion;
  5. Again the sauce.

With sausage, cheese and tomato - almost pizza, even tastier

It’s difficult to even call it a sandwich, however, despite the large number of ingredients, it is very easy to prepare.

Here's what you need to prepare:

  • Pita;
  • 4 pieces of regular boiled sausage;
  • Cheese – no more than 100 g;
  • Large tomato;
  • Mushrooms - 4-5 tablespoons (canned champignons, chanterelles - any);
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Salt and pepper.

This amount of ingredients is for 4 servings; for larger quantities, add products based on the proportions.

Cut the lavash into 4 parts. The cheese is grated on a coarse grater and placed in a small mound on each sheet, then the sausage is placed on the cheese (it can be placed as is, in pieces or finely chopped).

A piece of tomato, mushrooms, a layer of mayonnaise, salt and pepper are placed on the sausage. The whole structure is sprinkled with cheese on top, after which the pita bread is folded into an envelope.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the prepared envelopes on both sides until golden brown.

All the recipes given above imply free variations of products, because sandwiches can be made from anything. Hot, with melted cheese and aromatic herbs, they can be both a hearty breakfast and a delicious snack during the day.
