500 grams of minced meat;

250 grams of zucchini;

3-4 tablespoons of flour;

1 clove of garlic;

Salt, black pepper;

Oil for frying;

100 grams of butter.

1. Grate the zucchini on a medium grater, add a little salt and leave for about five minutes. Drain off the released juice.

2. Add minced meat or chicken to the zucchini, break the egg and add flour. Squeeze out a clove of garlic.

3. Cut the butter into small cubes, but don’t put it anywhere yet.

4. Pour some oil into the multicooker. Warming up.

5. Form small cutlets with your hands and fry on one side.

Fresh bread is never used to make cutlets. Only stale pieces. Otherwise, the product may become sticky when soaked. Instead of bread, you can soak crackers.

Our recipe is quite classic, and we will start it by soaking bread or a loaf in milk. This is what our grandmothers did, and we will be faithful to traditions.

Step 2

Pass the meat (we decided to use pork and beef) through a meat grinder along with onions. Break an egg into a bowl with minced meat, add softened and grated bread.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and grate on a fine grater. Add to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper.

Why add potatoes to minced meat, you ask. Let’s answer: starch will allow you to cook the softest fried cutlets in a slow cooker.

Surely you have had the opportunity to try overdried hard meatballs at least once in your life. This happens because the minced meat loses moisture during frying.

Starch binds liquid, and it remains in the ground meat; and the texture of the finished product becomes moist and tender.

If you don’t want to mess with potatoes, you can add a teaspoon of potato starch to the minced meat - the effect will be the same.

Step 3

Let's start frying. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the bowl, set the “Baking” mode and let the device warm up a little.

While the multicooker is “accelerating”, form the balls and place them in the bowl. Close the lid.

Step 4

After 10-15 minutes, open the lid and turn the cutlets over. Continue cooking the dish, turning the meatballs every ten minutes.

The cutlets will fry, gradually decreasing in size, so you can periodically add a new portion to the bowl, as we did (see photo). Each time, laying out the next “recruits”, do not forget to add oil to the bowl.
