Classic recipe. The optimal ratio of thyme and fireweed is 1:10. For 10 g of fireweed tea you will need 1 g of thyme. To prepare the drink you need to take 2 tsp. mixtures and brew them with 0.5 liters of water. The tea is infused for 10 minutes. The mixture can be brewed several times; the beneficial properties of the raw material are preserved for four brews.

Ivan tea with thyme and mint. A mixture of fireweed and thyme is placed in a thermos, lingonberry and mint leaves are added. The infusion should sit for about half an hour. This tea helps overcome colds and saturates the body with vitamins.
