Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 500 g
  • Soy sauce – 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Spices

Preparation:

A fried Frankfurt sausages? Fatty, meaty, smelling of smoke, smoked meats, salty and very rich! With what company do they turn into perfection? Well, of course, with beer! Oven or frying pan, grill or barbecue - no matter how you fry them, the sausages will be equally appropriate with a glass of chilled unfiltered light drink and a bottle of fresh “live” dark beer.

Frankfurt is not Frankfurt, but the sausages are very suitable.

Sausages boiled in beer with ketchup

Since we drink beer ourselves, we won’t regret the kobaski, especially since this dish goes very well with beer. It turns out thoroughly, in German.

Tender, elastic, real, slightly salty, slightly spicy, smelling of the sea and relaxation... The dough crunches, revealing magnificent meat - and you eat, eat and eat, it’s impossible to stop! Well, maybe just for a second - to sip a little velvety beer, which reveals the taste of shrimp as richly, brightly, and interestingly as possible.

You can enjoy the company, laugh with everyone and... and drink beer!

Nuts in spicy glaze

Oh, you can never have too much of this snack: everyone eats nuts, almost everyone loves them, and the nuts somehow disappear instantly and imperceptibly. However, even if a miracle suddenly happens and a handful of peanuts are left after the party, you can always add it to any salad: it will be satisfying and interesting.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts);
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 1/3 tsp. ground black pepper;
  • 1/3 tsp. nutmeg;
  • 1/3 tsp. chopped sage;
  • 1/5 tsp. hot red pepper;
  • salt to taste.

In a fairly large saucepan with a wide bottom, mix all the ingredients except the nuts.

  1. Place the resulting mass on the fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the nuts. Mix gently but thoroughly so that each nut is completely coated with the sauce.
  4. Place the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Dry at 160 degrees.
  6. Transfer to a plate and serve with beer.

Cheese in dough

We have a simple party format, right? We won’t bother, we don’t want to spend a lot of time preparing snacks either, so we take a package of ready-made puff pastry and, of course, don’t tell anyone about it (you remember, before the guests arrived, you were buzzing in the kitchen like Maya the bee, and not at all in the bath accepted, leafing through your favorite gloss!). Five minutes of active cooking - and you have delicious cheese sticks on the table that go so well with beer that you could bite your tongue off!

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg puff pastry without yeast;
  • 1/4 tsp. hot chili pepper;
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary;
  • 150 g of any hard cheese with a pronounced spicy taste;
  • if desired, a handful of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, you can take flax seeds or sesame seeds).

Unroll the defrosted dough on a lightly floured surface and - attention! – contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations, we roll it out slightly additionally.

  1. This will make the finished products more tender and crispy.
  2. Of course, the even layering will suffer, but in the case of cheese sticks we don’t need it.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients and sprinkle evenly over the dough.
  4. We grate the cheese and distribute it evenly over the surface of the dough.
  5. Fold it in half along the long side.
  6. Roll it out a little again, and in this case the main goal is to combine the cheese with the dough and mold it.

Cut into strips approximately 1 cm thick, then twist each strip several times in a spiral and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees.

Lavash chips – sour cream and dill

I’ll tell you from experience: preparing potato chips at home is a lot of hassle, and the result, as a rule, no matter how hard you try, most often looks more like fried potatoes than the usual crispy snack to go with beer. However, there is an alternative - chips made from... lavash. Of course, they do not have the characteristic potato flavor, however, they are deliciously spicy, slightly spicy, moderately salty and unusually crispy. I recommend it with all my heart!

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of pita bread;
  • 3 tbsp. l. thick sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 small bunch of dill;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Mix sour cream, vegetable oil, finely chopped dill, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper.
Lubricate the lavash sheets on one side with the resulting mixture, then fold them in a stack (one on top of the other), cut them in half, stack them again, cut them again, fold them again - and so on until the entire lavash is cut into squares (diamonds) with a side of approximately 3x3 cm .

Place the resulting pieces of lavash in one layer on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. Be careful not to over-dry so that the burnt lavash does not become bitter!

Sandwiches with cheese appetizer

No, you probably shouldn’t make sandwiches anyway: can you imagine how inconvenient it is to jump with a glass of beer, participating in fun competitions, and at the same time hold a huge sandwich in the air? No, a resounding no! But the tiny canapés will probably come in handy: a crispy base of Borodino bread, a delicious cheese mass, a subtle but strong taste of garlic - in my opinion, this is one of the best snacks to go with beer!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • 1 processed cheese;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • black bread.

Cut the bread into small squares, dry until crispy in a dry frying pan or in the oven.
Mix hard cheese, processed cheese, hard-boiled eggs, garlic and mayonnaise thoroughly with a blender. Spread the resulting mixture onto the bread using a pastry syringe. If desired, garnish with a parsley leaf or a piece of cheese chips.

Homemade hot croutons

I often make homemade crackers: practice shows that no matter how much I make, it’s always not enough, so I don’t waste time on trifles and immediately take a double or triple portion. I recommend that you do the same: such crackers are not only a wonderful snack for beer, but also a nice addition to salads, an excellent companion for soups, and just a wonderful way to quickly overcome the feeling of hunger if you don’t yet have the opportunity to have a substantial snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 yesterday's loaf;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil;
  • 1/2 glass of water;
  • 1 tsp. paprika;
  • 1 tsp. dried herbs to taste (I prefer a mixture of Italian herbs);
  • salt, pepper to taste.

  1. Mix herbs, salt, pepper, paprika and oil, squeeze out the garlic, dilute the resulting mass with water.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Cut the bread into slices, generously grease each slice with the resulting sauce.
  4. We stack on top of each other.
  5. For convenience and speed, take two or three pieces from the stack and cut them into cubes.
  6. Place on a baking sheet in one layer.
  7. Take the next pieces of bread and do the same procedure.

Prepare the crackers in the oven - bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, stirring once or twice during the process.
