Classic simple recipe. Baking using it is quick and easy to prepare. However, baking will delight your loved ones, and you can cook it quite often. After all, you only need a few ingredients and it turns out to be an inexpensive and tasty dish.

We will need:

For the test:

  • flour - 300 - 350 gr.
  • kefir - 300 ml.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • soda - 1 tsp.
  • vegetable oil - 60 ml.

For filling:

  • cabbage - 400 gr.
  • dill
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

Let's start cooking with the filling. It couldn’t be simpler - cut the cabbage into thin strips, add finely chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. And so that the slices are not too hard, lightly knead them with your hands. Leave the dough aside for now and knead the dough.

The pie must be placed in hot oven, so we turn it on 180 degrees, and while we prepare the dough, it will heat up.

Beat 3 eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar. Mix with a whisk or fork until smooth, no need to beat.

Add kefir and soda here and mix. Add vegetable oil.

It is advisable to use kefir room temperature, to do this, remove it from the refrigerator in advance.

Now add the flour sifted through a sieve. We probably all already know that when sifting, flour is enriched with oxygen and the dough turns out softer and fluffier. Stir with a whisk until smooth.

The dough should be moderately thick, like pancakes. If it turns out thick, just add a little kefir.

Grease the baking dish vegetable oil and lightly dust with flour.

You can line the bottom of the mold with baking paper, then the mold will remain almost clean.

Pour about 1/3 of the dough into the bottom and distribute evenly over the entire surface of the mold. This is convenient to do with a pastry brush or spatula.

We spread the cabbage filling on top and fill it with the remaining dough, which we again distribute evenly over all surfaces. To help the dough penetrate the filling, lightly press in several places with the cut of a spatula.

Place the pie in the already preheated oven. After about 40 minutes you can take it out and enjoy. Determine readiness by the beautiful, appetizing crust.

Recipe for jellied cabbage pie with sour cream and mayonnaise with potatoes

My grandmother used to make this pie using this recipe. True, mayonnaise was not always available in those days; they only made do with village sour cream. But the cabbage and potatoes were real homemade, without nitrates. And such a delicious dish was prepared in a Russian oven. As I write, my mouth waters from the memories. But now it won’t be difficult to prepare it, try it. And the recipe is not difficult to remember, look how easy the proportions are.

We will need:

For the test:

  • flour - 0.5 cups
  • sour cream - 0.5 cups
  • mayonnaise - 0.5 cups
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar, salt - to taste
  • soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l.

For filling:

  • cabbage - 1/2 small head
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 50 gr.
  • salt - to taste

Cut half the head of cabbage into thin strips. To make it tender and soft, we do not cook it, but blanch it in boiling water. To do this, put the slices in a strainer and lower them into a pan of boiling water for a few minutes. The cabbage becomes transparent, take the strainer out of the pan and put it on a plate, let the water drain.

Our filling will also include potatoes. We clean it and cut it into thin slices.

For the dough, pour sour cream into a bowl. The fat content of sour cream is not important, but I prefer to use 15-20%. Beat in the eggs and add salt. You can add sugar as desired; it will add its own flavor to the dough.

Sift the flour through a sieve into the eggs and sour cream, mix. At this stage you can add mayonnaise. And don’t forget to dilute soda in 1 tablespoon of vinegar for splendor, it will boil, after which we add it to the dough. Mix again.

All the ingredients are ready, let's start assembling our pie. The baking dish can be lined with baking paper or simply greased with vegetable oil.

Add a little salt to each layer of cabbage and potatoes. You can add pepper if you wish.

Pour about half of the dough into the bottom of the mold. Place potato slices in a circle on the dough. The next layer is cabbage filling. Again, place the potatoes around the edges of the pan, and grate cheese in the middle for an appetizing crust.

The top of the cheese can be completely covered with potatoes. Fill with the remaining half of the dough.

Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes. Take this easy-to-prepare culinary masterpiece out of the oven and enjoy.

With cabbage and potatoes, and with sour cream and mayonnaise it turns out very hearty pastries, which will feed even the hungriest guests.

Charlotte with cabbage and eggs: quick and easy

This recipe is not at all difficult to prepare. And the pie can also be called charlotte, but not the traditional one with apples, but a vegetable one. The dough turns out fluffy, rich, and for delicious aroma let's add - what are we sesame seed(I just love adding it to baked goods).

We will need:

For the test:

  • flour - 200 gr.
  • butter - 150 gr.
  • sour cream - 200 gr.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 30 gr.
  • salt - to taste
  • soda - 1 tsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • sesame - 2 tsp.

For filling:

  • cabbage - 600 gr.
  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.

Boil the eggs first and let cool. We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance - it should be slightly softened. There is no need to heat it, room temperature is enough.

  1. Shred the cabbage into thin strips.

2. To make it softer and juicier, knead it directly in the bowl with your hands. Before doing this, you can salt it a little.

3. Cut the boiled eggs into cubes and add to the filling. If you want it spicier, add ground black pepper.

At this stage, turn on the oven, it should warm up to 180 degrees.

Let's start kneading the dough.

4. Crush the softened butter a little with a fork, turning it into a homogeneous mass.

5. Beat 3 eggs into the oil and mix.

6. Add 200 gr. sour cream. Determine the fat content yourself, it doesn’t matter. I try not to use the fattest 30% so that the dough does not turn out too thick.

7. Using a whisk, mix all ingredients until smooth. Add salt and sugar.

8. Sift the flour through a sieve and pour into the egg-sour cream mixture.

9. Quench the soda with vinegar and add to the dough. Knead the dough until smooth. We have a jellied pie, which means that the dough should be thin so that we can pour it into the mold.

10. We begin to “assemble” our pie. Line the pan with baking paper, grease it with butter and lightly sprinkle with semolina.

11. Pour half of the dough into the bottom of the mold and level it with a spoon or spatula.

12. The cabbage filling will be the second layer; we also distribute it evenly throughout the entire form.

13. Pour the remaining dough on top and sprinkle sesame seeds on the surface of the pie. When it starts to bake, an incredible aroma will waft through the kitchen.

14. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

You can determine the readiness of the pie using a toothpick - if, after piercing the dough, there is no mark left on the toothpick, the pie is ready and baked.

Invite your family and guests, although they themselves will come running at the smell.

How to make lazy cabbage pie with chicken in the oven

Chicken goes well with almost all vegetables. And she gives the pies delicate taste and makes the dish more filling and at the same time low in calories. This cabbage pie can rightfully be called lazy, because it is easy to prepare, and you can surprise even the most picky people with this pastry. try it and you won't regret it.

We will need:

For the test:

  • flour - 200 gr.
  • kefir - 350 gr.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar, salt - to taste
  • soda - 1 tsp. + vinegar or baking powder - 1 tsp.

For filling:

  • cabbage - 500 gr.
  • chicken fillet- 400 gr.
  • butter - 30 gr.
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • salt pepper
  • curry - 1 tbsp. l.

We always start preparing a pie with the filling. Then, while it cools down, we can knead the dough.

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Place some butter and fillet in a frying pan. Simmer for just a short time over low heat (10-15 minutes). The chicken will give juice, but it should almost all boil away. Then add salt and pepper. Place the chicken in a separate bowl and let it cool.

2. Let's do the cabbage. Chop it and also put it in a frying pan with butter to simmer. Add milk and simmer for 20 minutes.

Milk, in addition to making the filling more tender, also kills the specific smell, which not everyone likes.

3. Add curry here, it will add an original taste and aroma. Salt and pepper.

4. Chop fresh herbs and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well and let cool.

5. Now knead the dough. To do this, pour kefir into a deep bowl. I give an approximate quantity, adjust it yourself, because kneading the dough largely depends on the fat content of kefir, the quality of flour, etc. The dough should not be too thick, so you can always add kefir.

6. Beat 1 egg into kefir and stir. Add soda, quenched with vinegar or baking powder.

7. Pour flour, sifted through a sieve, into a bowl.

8. Stir everything with a whisk or spoon until smooth. Try not to leave any lumps. The dough is ready, you can assemble the pie.

9. Cover the pie pan with paper and grease with vegetable oil.

10. Pour 1/3 of the dough onto the bottom and level it over the entire pan with a spoon or spatula.

11. Place the cabbage filling on the dough and spread it evenly over the entire surface with a spoon.

12. Beat two eggs into a separate bowl and beat a little, or rather stir with a fork or whisk. Pour the egg liquid over the cabbage, trying to get it onto the entire surface.

13. Place chicken fillet on top of the cabbage. If there is a lot of juice left from it, just drain it; it is not needed in the pie.

14. Fill the weight with the remaining dough, which we level and distribute throughout the entire mold.

15. Place the pie in the oven, bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees until a beautiful golden crust. We take the cake out of the oven, and while it is hot, grease it with butter using a brush.

  • kefir - 300 gr.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.

  • salt - to taste

  • fresh cabbage- 300 gr.
  • sauerkraut - 300 gr.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • turmeric - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt pepper

Let's start preparing the filling.

In the recipe, the ratio of fresh and sauerkraut is 1:1, but you can safely change it depending on your preferences.

Lightly fry the onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil. When it is browned, add fresh cabbage, chopped into thin strips.

The vegetables should be slightly toasted and softened. Now it's the turn of sauerkraut. Add it to the frying pan, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. You can close the frying pan with a lid. Before finishing cooking, salt and pepper the vegetables and add a little sugar.

Instead of sugar when stewing sauerkraut, try adding 1 tbsp. l. honey - you will get an extraordinary taste.

Be sure to add turmeric, it will not only give the filling a beautiful yellow color, but also fill it with aroma. Simmer for another 5 minutes and turn off the stove.

Let the filling cool slightly, and during this time we will make the jellied dough.

Pour kefir into a deep bowl and add soda. You can add a little salt. Beat 3 eggs into kefir one at a time and stir well. This is best done with a whisk or mixer.

Sift the flour through a sieve and place in a bowl. Add flour gradually, stirring continuously. This way there will be fewer lumps. Stir until smooth. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.

Turn on the oven to heat up and begin to assemble our pie.

Cover the baking dish with paper and coat with vegetable oil. Place the filling in the first layer and distribute it throughout the entire pan.

Pour half the dough on top and mix it with vegetables. Level with a spatula. Fill with the remaining dough and level again. We try to ensure that the dough covers the entire surface of the pie.

Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Determine the readiness of the pie by the golden crust and delicious smell. Remove from the oven, slice and enjoy.

The big advantage of jellied pies is their ease of preparation. The dough takes a couple of minutes to prepare, and you can use any filling. Therefore, such baking has become very popular.

Step 2: prepare margarine.

Place the margarine in a saucepan or small saucepan and place the container on low heat. While constantly stirring with a wooden spatula or a tablespoon, melt the margarine until liquid state. Afterwards, turn off the burner and set the ingredient aside to cool until warm.

Step 3: prepare the dough.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, and using a tablespoon and a teaspoon, add sour cream, mayonnaise and salt. Using a hand whisk or spoon, whisk all ingredients well until smooth. Then, pour the baking powder into the container and begin to add flour in small portions, while at the same time we continue to beat everything with available equipment so that lumps do not form in the dough. The dough has a consistency like thick sour cream.

Step 4: prepare the lazy cabbage pie.

So, the margarine has already become warm, so pour it over the shredded cabbage in a baking dish, trying to distribute it evenly over the entire bottom of the container. Then, pour the dough with margarine over all the cabbage, making sure to level the surface of the future pie with a tablespoon at the end. Bake the dish in a preheated oven to temperature 200°С during 30 minutes until golden brown appears on the surface of the cake.
