Ice cream ❤️

How can you live a peaceful summer without eating this delicacy? Regular ice cream is quite fatty and high in calories...

But now it’s the 21st century, and healthy protein ice cream has already been invented.

Today we will talk about him.

I’ll go straight to the main thing, it really looks like that same chocolate ice cream in a waffle cup, only the cup here is paper and not edible 😆

It is very tasty and moderately chocolatey. There is no taste of protein either during or after eating. To taste, everything is fine 👌

Let's move on to the disadvantages, one and the most important disadvantage is the price. I have been looking for protein ice cream to try for a long time, but to no avail. And then I see it at the intersection, look at the kbzhu, and put it in the basket, joyful and happy that I finally found protein ice cream. But I didn’t look at the price, and in vain, I wouldn’t have taken it) the cost of a 75 gram jar was 100 rubles. A dubious pleasure after emptying your wallet. It would be better if I ate it in a waffle cone and then worked it out in the gym, honestly)

And so, look at the composition in the photo:

Agree, he's not bad.

The combination of kbju is especially pleasing ☺️

This ice cream definitely won’t harm your figure.

By the way, about the packaging. Ice cream in a paper cup, with a plastic lid on top with an incredibly inconvenient spoon. I’m lazy, of course, and I wanted to eat ice cream just for her, so as not to wash my spoon, but convenience took its toll, and I had to take my own spoon)

In general, you can afford such ice cream, for example, in a situation when you are walking with a group, and everyone decided to enjoy fatty ice cream, and you are watching your figure. Then this is a great snack.

I will share with you great recipe homemade ice cream that also won’t harm your figure. At the same time, from only 2 ingredients.

Take a banana and cut it into pieces. If you take a medium banana, just cut it into 6 pieces. And I put it in the freezer overnight.

On the trail. We take it out a day, put it in a blender, bzh bzh and, in principle, you can eat it, this is the kind of pudding you get. But I also take kiwi and add it there, more bzh bzh, and according to the molds) the ice cream comes out very tasty, and it’s not tasty. You can add whatever your heart desires and eat it as pudding or frozen.

Slim everyone ☺️

A brief excursion into history

The first portion of ice cream was prepared 3000 BC by Chinese chefs. The dessert contains only three ingredients: natural juice, ice and snow. Later, crushed lemons, oranges or pomegranate seeds were added to it.

Not all Chinese residents could afford such a delicacy, so ice cream was served only in rich houses. And the recipe was kept strictly secret, passed from cook to cook. It was only in the 11th century BC that the method of making ice cream was discovered.

In the Roman Empire, this dessert was prepared using snow from remote Alpine glaciers. Emperor Nero loved ice cream so much that he even built special cellars where he stored the main ingredient.

And the Sultan of Cairo ate a delicacy made exclusively from fresh snow. To do this, every day the servants traveled to the mountainous regions of Syria and brought snowballs from there.

Ice cream came to Europe only towards the middle of the second millennium AD. The dessert recipe was brought to Europeans from China by Marco Polo, an Italian merchant and traveler. Representatives of the aristocracy and monarchs traditionally feasted on it.

Today everyone can feel like an emperor or an aristocrat. To do this, you don’t need to go to the mountains or build a special cellar. All you need is a few natural ingredients and some free time.
