Preparation

Prepare fresh minced meat for this delicious pie. You can buy a ready-made ground product or make it at home using your own meat grinder. For meat, you can use pieces of pork with layers of lard, combine beef with it, or prepare a more dietary version of the pie by using minced chicken for the filling.


Peel one onion, rinse, and then finely chop.


Scroll the second peeled onion through a meat grinder or grate it, then add it to the minced meat. The previously chopped vegetable can be combined with the filling components in their natural form or sautéed in a frying pan until transparent. Alternatively, you can add grated carrots, finely chopped sweet peppers, and a few cloves of garlic to the minced meat for the pie.
