Pour a thin layer of dry mixture onto the bottom of the mold. Flatten with your palm. You can shake the pan slightly to distribute the dry mixture more evenly.
Place a layer of apples on top of the dry mixture. It should be thicker than the dry mixture layer.

Then again a thin layer of dry mixture.

And again a layer of apples.

The last layer is a dry mixture. In total, you get three dry layers and two layers of apples.

Now take the butter out of the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the grated butter evenly over the surface of the bulk cake.

Second version of bulk apple pie - wet. In this option, you need to heat the milk and dissolve butter or margarine in it. If you use coconut milk, you can skip the butter and margarine.

Pour the heated milk over the surface of the pie. Pierce the pie with a fork all over the surface so that the milk penetrates into the inner layers.

And put the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C. Bake it in the upper part of the oven for 1 hour.

With your hands you will feel that, despite the considerable amount of margarine, the mixture remains dry. Add a pinch of salt and soda to it.   • Apples - 7 pcs. medium size

Bulk pie with apples - recipe

The first step is to prepare the apple pie flour mixture. To do this, pour the required amount of sugar into a bowl.

Sift the wheat flour. Pour into a bowl with sugar.

Add semolina.

Add a packet of baking powder.

Add vanillin (you can use vanilla sugar), which will make the bulk pie with apples even more aromatic.

After this, mix all the dry ingredients for the pie with a spoon. The base for the bulk pie is ready. Now you can start preparing the apple filling.

Wash and dry the apples. Then peel them off.

For the pie, they need to be grated on a medium grater. To make it easier to grate, it is advisable to cut the apples into four parts, remove the core with seeds, and then grate them.

Prepare a baking dish filled with apples. It can be either round or square. To prevent the cake from sticking, grease the bottom and sides of the pan with a piece of butter. Pour a small dry mixture into the mold. The layer thickness should be no more than 2 cm.
