  • 3 large boiled potatoes;
  • 200 gr. ham;
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs;
  • juice from ½ lemon;

  • 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. l. mustard;
  • 20 gr. gelatin.

Recipe:

  1. Drain the brine from the peas, soak the gelatin in it, stir thoroughly.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Do not add gelatin yet.
