Recipe for making charlotte:

1. Peel the apples, especially if they are hard and rough. This mainly applies to winter apples; summer apples have thin skin. Cut the apples into small pieces.


2. Break the eggs into a deep cup, add salt and start beating with a mixer. First at low speeds, then at the highest speeds until lush foam.


3. Add sugar little by little without stopping whipping. Beat for ten minutes until a thick, fluffy mass is formed.


Add lemon juice and mix with a mixer.


4. Sift the flour and mix with soda. Pour it into the beaten eggs two or three times and mix gently.


5. Coat the pie pan with butter and lay out the chopped apples. Pour the dough over the apples and smooth them out.


6. Delicious charlotte is baked for 30-40 minutes, baking temperature - 180C.

7. Cool the baked charlotte completely in the pan, then turn it over onto a plate with the apples facing up.

8. Beat sour cream with sugar, coat the top of the charlotte with this cream. Decorate as desired.

A delicious charlotte, fluffy and soft, with sour cream, is ready, you can eat it immediately after cooling, cutting it into pieces with a sharp knife.
