In half an hour of active action we must do the following:

  1. Melt the butter, stir in sugar, salt, eggs, slaked soda.
  2. After kneading, add flour and mix until it is completely combined with the other ingredients.
  3. We warm up the mold, coat it with oil and put the dough into it.
  4. We make triangle cookies by turning the mold regularly.

  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder;
  • 380 g flour.

  • 100 g each of milk and white chocolate;
  • 80 g poppy seeds.

Unlike previous recipes, “Mushrooms” will require 1.5-2 hours:

  1. Bring the butter to a soft, pliable mass. It needs to be mixed with sugar.
  2. After stirring in the sugar, add the eggs one at a time.
  3. Add flour: it must be sifted with baking powder and salt in advance.
  4. After kneading the dough, put it in the refrigerator.
  5. After an hour, heat the greased pan on the stove, fill it moderately with dough, and then bake the cookies.
  6. First, immerse the finished mushrooms with their caps in melted milk chocolate, and with their legs in white and immediately in poppy seeds.

What we need to recreate them:

  • 200 g each of mayonnaise and sugar;
  • 380 g flour;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 g each of butter and margarine;
  • tsp soda;
  • 200 g boiled condensed milk.

We start by chopping margarine and butter. Having completed the process, mix with flour and make chopped dough. As a result, we get a homogeneous dough without lumps. Next step: combining eggs, mayonnaise, sugar, slaked soda.

Add the resulting mass to the dough. Knead.

Place the finished dough in small quantities into a mold and fry.

We fill the nut halves with condensed milk and combine them to form a sweet culinary masterpiece.

Experienced chefs offer an interesting recipe based on mineral water with gases.

In addition to 200 ml of mineral water, take:

  • butter – 200 g;
  • sugar – 165 g + 10 g vanilla;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • flour – 600 g;
  • baking powder - tsp.

In addition to the unusual composition, the cookies are not much different from the previously considered options:

  1. Grind soft butter until white with sugar. Then beat the same mixture until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, and mineral water one by one.
  3. We turn the dough, kneaded to perfection, into products in the same way.

Now in stores they sell such cookies, in the shape of a heart, but after all, homemade ones, you see, have their own unique taste and charm?! And so, the other day I found this unforgettable frying pan in my mother’s “bins”! Due to the age of this frying pan, please do not pay attention to the frying pan itself - it may have been rubbed!)))))

So, we take the following ingredients:
1.5 - 2 cups flour
200 g butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 tsp. salt

1 package of vanillin (1 g)
1/3 tsp. soda
1 tbsp. vinegar

Preparation:

Cut the cold butter into cubes and put it in a saucepan on the fire to melt.

We don’t leave our saucepan unattended, stir it periodically so that it doesn’t burn.

At this time, in a bowl, stir the eggs, vanillin, sugar, and salt with a whisk or fork until smooth.

Add baking soda slaked with vinegar to the egg mixture. Mix well.

Remove the melted butter from the heat and let cool slightly.

Add the melted cooled butter to the egg mixture and stir well.

Now we will add flour to our egg-butter mixture, add gradually, stirring well. The dough should not be very thick, it will resemble sour cream in thickness. (I, in my opinion, overdid it with flour, and the dough turned out thicker than necessary).

Cover with the other half of the frying pan, squeeze and hold tightly, keep each side on the fire for about half a minute. You will see for yourself how much time and quantity you will need by making the first one or two servings.

Place the resulting cookies on a plate in a heap.

We pour tea, take a plate with our cookies in a pan and enjoy the taste of childhood!

These are very tasty cookies. To bake it you need a frying pan. I have one like this since Soviet times (borrowed from my mother).
To make cookies you will need:
flour - 3 cups
butter - 100 grams
margarine - 100 grams
sugar - 1 glass
egg - 3 pieces
mayonnaise - 1 package 220 ml
soda - 1 teaspoon
vinegar - 1 teaspoon

1. Pour the flour into a shallow bowl and add cold (not soft!) butter and margarine. Chop everything with a knife to obtain fine, uniform crumbs.

2. In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs and mayonnaise. Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed.

3. Pour the beaten egg-mayonnaise mixture into a bowl with flour. Mix well (it is convenient to stir with a spoon). The dough should be thick and slightly sticky.

4. Heat the frying pan on the stove (you can use it not only on a gas stove, I have a ceramic pan and everything went fine). Place a spoonful of dough in the center of the hot pan and forcefully connect the parts of the pan. Fry on each side for 1-2 minutes depending on the heat level. At the beginning, the cookies take longer to fry, then the frying time should be reduced. Remove the finished cookies from the mold, break them into individual cookies and you can eat them.
