Cranberry tea recipes. Benefits of cranberry tea (recipes) Berry mix tea

Phew, frosts again, colds again... Another round of winter - and even if you understand in your head that everything is as it should be, that February is quite natural and expected, a small attack of disappointment sets in: inside everything is anxiously waiting for spring. I want bright colors, sonorous sounds, rich tastes.

However, when the usual rituals for inviting spring do not work, there is no need to painfully look for new ones. It is better to accept winter as it is - snowy, cold, prolonged and gloomy. And having accepted, you can think about how to reconcile with it. There are a lot of ways! Here is one of the simplest ones - vitamin tea with cranberries, ginger and cinnamon.

A handful of wayward cranberries, a stick of mysterious cinnamon, a few boxes of stubborn cardamom, a little bit of characteristic ginger - make them all friends, unite them with boiling water, let them gossip a little in private and, after a few minutes... inhale, get to know each other, drink and enjoy. Just a cup of this cranberry tea can tell you a lot, a lot. The main thing is to be able to hear and listen. Well, what am I telling you here? You know this without me.

Ingredients for vitamin cranberry tea:

We prepare everything you need.
  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • 2 tsp. black tea
  • small cinnamon stick
  • ginger root - about 1 cm piece
  • 2 tbsp. l. cranberries
  • 2-3 boxes of cardamom
  • honey to taste

Recipe for making vitamin tea:

1) If you wish, you can replace black tea with green tea, however, I advise you not to do this: cranberry is a rather aggressive berry, you should not overwhelm it with the delicate aroma of green tea, it will simply be lost against the background of the power and strength of the swamp queen.

You can take fresh ginger - bright and juicy. Or you can get a couple of hidden candied fruits from that far shelf, it will be just as good. In addition, it will also work dry - with whole roots. I don’t recommend taking powdered ginger, it will make the tea cloudy and not very attractive, although this will not affect the taste - if you really want tea, but don’t have a piece of ginger on hand, take chopped one.

It's the same story with cinnamon. The only point - do not forget that the taste of the powder is more intense; you only need a pinch so as not to turn the aromatic spicy drink into a prototype of the “Triple” cologne. I have special crushed cinnamon sticks - “torn” into small pieces. They reveal themselves in the most magical way in tea!

The cranberries need to be crushed a little with a spoon - whole berries are reluctant to part with their juice and nutrients, so don’t be afraid to declare war, fight to the last. Be careful, she will resist and spit in every possible way in response to your actions, but here we can only advise one thing: persistence, persistence and persistence. And, in general, the dogs bark - the caravan moves on. Crush the cranberries, you have something to work for. Photo 2.

2) Rinse the teapot twice with boiling water, then put spices and tea into it, fill it with a liter of water. Boiling, of course. Photo 3.

Cover with a lid and wait until the tea leaves begin to sink to the bottom of the teapot. After about a minute (usually this is enough time), open the kettle, be careful - you can choke from the mind-blowing aroma of cinnamon, cardamom and ginger! And add cranberries. Close quickly so that not a single extra pheromone escapes, and be patient for another three or four minutes - this time is just enough for the tea to fully brew.

Vitamin tea with cranberries, cinnamon and ginger is ready! Add honey to taste and enjoy.

Cranberry tea is good not only as a drink that lifts your spirits and warms you up on long winter evenings. This tea contains a lot of substances that strengthen the immune system, increase the body's ability to resist viral and colds, have bactericidal properties and - most importantly - provide a person with a full range of vitamins necessary for good health and wide smiles.

It’s a December evening outside, and the snow is quietly falling in large flakes. At such a time, it’s so nice to prepare a warming winter drink and, sitting comfortably in a soft chair, watch the snowfall in the company of your loved ones.

I offer a simple option for making hot cranberry tea. This vitamin drink looks very bright and festive, and it takes literally 15-20 minutes to prepare.

To make cranberry tea, you can use fresh or frozen berries. Let the frozen cranberries thaw a little at room temperature.

We use green tea without aromatic additives, the type of tea is to taste.

Bring 500 ml of water to a boil. In a thermos, put 3 sprigs of mint, peas of allspice and green tea, pour boiling water, close the thermos and let it brew for 5 minutes. If you don’t have a thermos, you can prepare the infusion in a kettle or saucepan, covering the container.

While the tea is steeping, let's make cranberries. Place cranberries and sugar in a saucepan and mash everything with a wooden masher. Add 300 ml of water, put the saucepan on the fire and boil until the sugar dissolves (2-3 minutes).

Combine the cranberry broth and tea infusion, after straining them. The drink is ready. Pour cranberry tea and serve hot.

To give the drink a festive look, garnish it with the remaining mint sprig and cranberries.

Glasses can be decorated as follows: holding the edge of the glass upside down, wipe it with a slice of lemon, then dip the glass in sugar, poured in an even layer in a saucer. We get a “snowy” edging.

Enjoy your tea and happy holidays!

Cranberry-ginger tea

To prepare healthy delicious tea We suggest the following recipe:

  • Two tablespoons of cranberries;
  • Cinnamon stick;
  • A piece of fresh ginger root;
  • Two tablespoons of black tea;
  • A few cardamom spices;
  • One liter of boiling water;
  • Honey to taste.

Pre-wash the berries and grind until smooth. Warm up the teapot by rinsing it with boiling water. Place tea leaves and spices in it, pour boiling water. Close the lid and wait one minute, now add the mashed cranberries and cover for another five minutes. Pour the strained infusion into cups and add honey if desired. This wonderful aromatic ginger tea invigorates and fills you with energy.

The tea prepared according to this recipe turns out very tasty, thanks to the sour cranberries and sweet orange. For five cups you will need:

  • One hundred grams of berries;
  • Half of one orange;
  • Cinnamon stick;
  • A tablespoon of green tea;
  • Sugar or honey to taste.

Pour a liter of water into a saucepan and place on low heat. In a separate container, grind the cranberries to a puree. Cut the orange into slices and mix with berry puree, add spices and tea leaves. When the water boils, add the berry mixture to the pan and simmer for two minutes. Turn off the heat and let the broth sit for about fifteen minutes. Strain the cranberry tea, add honey and serve to your guests.

As cold weather approaches, I often make cranberry and ginger tea. It is thanks to ginger that the drink turns out to be terribly warming, and after it it is better not to leave the house for several hours. It is good to drink it both during a cold and for prevention. The amount of ginger can be reduced at your discretion, since with the specified amount it turns out quite piquant. I usually take this “loading” dose when I’m sick. And yes, it is believed that ginger is a kind of energy booster, so if you plan to drink this tea at night, it is also better to reduce the amount of ginger.

Prepare everything necessary ingredients. By the way, you can also take frozen cranberries. But with dried it won’t be quite the same.

Place the washed cranberries into a bowl and mash them, using a spoon. I prefer a blender; I usually cover the bowl with my hand to prevent splashes. Or you can, in general, put the cranberries in a blender with a bowl - then you definitely won’t have to wash anything except the blender.

The ginger root needs to be peeled and cut into small pieces.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon slices into the bowl and add the slices there.

Transfer the aromatic vitamin mixture into a saucepan and pour boiling water over it. Heat on the stove for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and let the drink brew.

After 20-30 minutes, add honey to the tea and stir.

Before pouring the aromatic tea with cranberries and ginger into cups, strain it.

Good health!
