This salad can be prepared on festive table or simply to add variety to your daily menu.

Salad “Pushinka” with crab sticks and champignons

Required ingredients:

  • cheese – 150 gr.;
  • crab sticks – 10 pcs.;
  • eggs – 5 pcs.;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • salt - to taste;
  • mayonnaise;
  • champignons – 500 gr.;
  • black pepper - to taste.

Cooking process:

Wash and clean the champignons thoroughly. Cut the mushrooms into slices or small pieces. First peel the onion, then cut into small cubes.

Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. At the end of frying, salt the mushrooms and sprinkle with pepper.

Set the mushrooms aside to cool while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. First boil and cool the eggs, then peel and grate.

Thaw the crab sticks first and then cut them into small cubes. Place crab sticks in a salad bowl. Add eggs to them.

Add the cooled mushrooms to the salad bowl. Mix everything. Salt and add pepper. Season the salad with mayonnaise.

Grate the cheese. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the salad and serve.

Required ingredients:

  • eggs – 5 pcs.;
  • cheese – 150 gr.;
  • champignons – 500 gr.;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • onions – 1-2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mayonnaise;
  • crab sticks – 10 pcs.

Cooking process:

The champignons must be washed and peeled, then cut into small pieces. Fry the prepared mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Fry the onion in a separate pan, adding a little vegetable oil. Mix onions with mushrooms and cool.

  • salt - to taste;

  • mayonnaise – 6-7 tbsp;
  • pickled mushrooms -200 gr.;
  • eggs – 3-4 pcs.;
  • greenery.

Cooking process:

Boil the eggs in advance and cool. Peel the boiled eggs and chop finely. Crab sticks also need to be cut into small cubes. Place crab sticks and eggs in a salad bowl.

Drain the marinated mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Add mushrooms to salad bowl. Green onions and first wash the greens and then finely chop them. Send also to the salad bowl.

Peel the apple not only from the seeds, but also from the peel. Grate the apple and add to the rest of the ingredients. It is advisable to use a green apple for the salad, but you can use others, as long as they are not too sweet.
