  • 200 g lightly salted red fish
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 large orange
  • pitted olives
  • 40 g cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. red caviar

Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a fine grater, chop the yolks with a knife. Wash the orange, cut off the peel and peel the pulp from the films, cut into cubes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the olives into strips. Assemble all salad ingredients in layers.

  • 1st layer: half the egg whites, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste

12. Salad “Leshy”

Leshy salad is a great option for a holiday salad. In this case, no overseas ingredients are used. Everything is very simple and accessible.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g champignons
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp. shelled walnuts
  • mayonnaise
  • olives

Boil the breast and cut into pieces. Chop the onion and champignons and fry separately in a frying pan. Grate the boiled eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Mix all ingredients, add nuts, season with mayonnaise, and salt to taste.

Place a glass or bottle in the center of a flat dish. Place the salad around it, pressing it down a little with a spoon. Remove the bottle and garnish the salad with herbs and olives.

Ingredients:

  • 300 gr. champignons
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pcs. potatoes

  • 1 tbsp. l. butter
  • greenery

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the mushrooms and fry in butter, then cool.
  2. Boil potatoes and eggs. Cool and peel.
  3. Cut into small cubes.
  4. Chop the cucumbers and onions.
  5. Place eggs, onions, champignons, potatoes, cucumbers, egg, onions and champignons in the top layer in a salad bowl.
  6. Add salt to each layer to taste and coat thoroughly with mayonnaise.

Recipe Layered tuna salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 b. canned tuna
  • 3 pcs. boiled potatoes
  • 2 pcs. boiled eggs
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 things. tomato
  • 8-10 pitted olives
  • greens to taste
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Cooking method:

  1. Potatoes, tuna and eggs chop finely into separate bowls.
  2. Mix tuna liquid with lemon juice and vegetable oil.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips.
  4. Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom of the salad bowl, then tuna with eggs and tomatoes.
  5. Coat everything with sauce and repeat all layers.
  6. Decorate the salad with olives and herbs.

Recipe Layered saury salad with red caviar

Ingredients:

  • 2 b. saury (canned in oil)
  • onion
  • 100 gr. boiled rice
  • 2 pcs. carrots
  • 2 tbsp. l. red caviar
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • vegetable oil
  • mayonnaise

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the carrots and onions into strips and fry the carrots in vegetable oil.
  2. Drain the oil from canned saury, mash the fish with a fork and put in a salad bowl.
  3. Then carrots and onions, some rice and crumble the eggs.
  4. Soak the salad with mayonnaise.
  5. Garnish with red caviar.

Recipe Chicken salad with honey mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs. chicken breasts
  • onion
  • 300 gr. pickled honey mushrooms
  • 5 eggs
  • vinegar
  • mayonnaise
  • greenery

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the breasts, cool and tear into small pieces with your hands.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings and pour in table vinegar for 20 minutes.
  3. I Boil the eggs, cool, peel and chop finely.
  4. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl in layers: chicken, onions, mayonnaise, mushrooms, mayonnaise, eggs and mayonnaise on top.
  5. Decorate the salad with mushrooms and herbs.

Layered salad


Ingredients:
1 can of any canned food (tuna, pink salmon, saury)
6 pcs. crab sticks
half a can of corn
1 processed cheese
4 boiled eggs
half an onion or some green onions
200 g mayonnaise
You need to mash the canned food with a fork. Chop crab sticks and onion. Grate the cheese. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites, mash both with a fork.
Layer the salad in layers:
1 layer - canned food;
2nd layer - onion;
3rd layer - mayonnaise;
4 layer - cheese;
5th layer - corn;
6th layer - mayonnaise;
7th layer - crab sticks;
8 layer - mayonnaise;
9th layer - protein + mayonnaise.
Salad with pickled honey mushrooms


Ingredients:
1 jar of pickled honey mushrooms
bunch of green onions
300 g ham
3 pcs. boiled potatoes in their jackets
3 eggs
mayonnaise
Take a deep bowl and lay the salad in layers:
1 layer - pickled mushrooms;
2nd layer - green onions;
3rd layer - diced ham;
4th layer - diced potatoes;
5th layer - finely chopped boiled eggs.
Coat all layers with mayonnaise. Then put the salad in the refrigerator and turn it into another plate before serving.
Salad “Women's whim”


Ingredients:
potato
fried honey mushrooms with onions
carrot
1 egg
cheese
mayonnaise
Lay out the salad in layers, each layer under mayonnaise, add salt to taste:
1st layer - boiled potatoes, grated;
2nd layer - fried honey mushrooms with onions;
3rd layer - boiled carrots;
4th layer - grated yolk;
5 layer - grated cheese;
Layer 6 - protein.
