A lack of vitamin B12 leads to the development of partial or secondary folate deficiency, as well as anemia, leukopenia, and thrombocytopenia.
  • Vitamin E has antioxidant properties, is necessary for the functioning of the gonads and heart muscle, and is a universal stabilizer of cell membranes. With vitamin E deficiency, hemolysis of erythrocytes and neurological disorders are observed.

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce,
  • 2 teaspoons of vodka,
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt,
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper,
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper.

Cooking fish

  1. Wash, clean, gut the cod, cut off the head and tail, and dry with a paper towel. If the fish is not large, it can be cooked whole; for large fish, it is better to cut it into 2-3 pieces; make small transverse cuts on both sides of the skin with a sharp knife so that the fish better absorbs the spices and does not lose its shape during hot processing.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic, crush in a mortar to a paste, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and vodka. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the cooked fish and place in the refrigerator for thirty minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil, grease with vegetable oil and place the cod. Make rims out of foil around the fish and pour white wine over it. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. To make the cod juicy, water it with the juice that is released.
