- 50-100 grams of sugar (adjust the amount, depending on how much sweet filling);
- soda - 1 teaspoon (without a slide);
— vegetable oil – 5 tablespoons;
- kefir or yogurt - 4 tablespoons.

Preparing curd dough

Let's prepare it like this:

1. Cottage cheese can be rubbed through a sieve. I used a blender, so I didn’t grind the cottage cheese.

2. Sift the flour into the prepared container.

3. Add soda to the flour.

4. In the second container you need to mix vegetable oil, kefir or yogurt, sugar and cottage cheese. For this I used a blender.

5. Gradually add flour and soda to the resulting mixture.

6. Knead the dough well, adding flour so that it is not sticky. The curd dough turns out quite cool. If the cottage cheese is wet you may need a little more flour.

7. Place in the refrigerator to rest while we prepare the filling for the roll.

Filling for cottage cheese roll

To prepare the filling I used:

- apples - 3-4 pieces;
– poppy – 50 grams;
– raisins – 100 grams.

I decided to make this filling, but it can be anything. If someone doesn't like poppy, then they don't have to use it. Everyone loves poppy seeds, so I added it in sufficient quantity. So, let's prepare the filling for the cottage cheese roll.

1. You need to steam the poppy seeds and raisins if you plan to use them.

2. Apples need to be peeled and cored.

3. Cut the apples into small pieces.

9. Place the roll in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
