  • Korean carrots -100 grams;
  • hard cheese - 100 grams;

Preparation:

Finely chop or grate all the filling ingredients (cheese, bacon, cucumbers and eggs). We divide the crab sticks into the pink part and the white part. We lay out all the preparations on different plates.

Unwrap the pita bread, coat it with mayonnaise, and lay out the filling row by row, alternating colors. Carefully, trying not to mix the strips, roll up the pita bread. Place in a cool place for half an hour.

The original feeding method allows you to transform familiar dishes in a new way. A regular salad of crab sticks, eggs and cheese can be beautifully served by rolling the mixture into cute balls. You can place them separately on a dish, or, for the convenience of guests, you can place each ball directly on toast. During this time we prepare the batter. Beat eggs with salt until foam forms. We dilute the flour with warm milk and pour it into the eggs. Dip each crab stick in batter and send it to fry on vegetable oil. Fry until the stick turns golden on each side.

To ensure that the batter is distributed evenly over the stick, you can first dip it on one side, fry it, and then do it again on the other side. The process will take longer, but the sticks will be evenly coated with batter.

They say that almost any dish can be improved by adding melted cheese to it. Perhaps this is an exaggeration, but crab sticks in batter with cheese turn out to be very tender and practically melt in your mouth.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks - 200 gr.;
  • cheese - 50 grams;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • flour - 80 grams.

Preparation:

Chop the garlic and grate the cheese. Beat eggs with spices, add sour cream and cheese with garlic. Mix everything well.

Sift the flour and add to the batter for viscosity. Dip the crab sticks into the batter and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.

It’s easy to give a snack in dough to your child to school, to your husband at work, or to take with you on a trip. You don’t have to worry that it will wrinkle, crumble, or fall apart along the way. Although this appetizer is best eaten hot while the cheese is slightly melted.
