Advice: do not try to fill the entire surface of the pita bread with salmon, this will not make the dish any tastier, but it may become over-salted.

Lavash with cheese and herbs

You can take a variety of greens: from green onions to spinach, parsley, cilantro, dill, sorrel, arugula. Hard cheese of any kind (preferably the Maasdam type). Lavash with cheese and herbs is good with broth or sausages, a piece of meat or fish.

Ingredients for the roll recipe: lavash - 1 large, greens - 350 grams, grated cheese - 100 g, sour cream - 150 grams, pepper, salt optional.

Preparation. Wash the greens, drain and chop finely.

Making lavash with ham and cheese. Wash the lettuce leaves and dill thoroughly, dry and chop (dill - finely, lettuce - coarsely).
Wash the pepper, remove the center, cut into long and thin strips.
Cut the ham into thin strips.
Mix dill and cheese thoroughly.
Spread the pita bread evenly with cheese. Place chopped lettuce leaves, then strips of ham and pepper.

Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the basil leaves.

Lavash, beet and salmon rolls

Ingredients: lavash - 1, beets - 1 large, salted salmon - 300 grams, soft cream cheese - 300 grams, greens to your taste.

Advice: You can take minced meat from any liver: beef, chicken, turkey. If you have a whole liver, then grind it in a meat grinder. Do not grind with a blender, it will turn out too fine.

Take fish fillets or very carefully remove all bones from the whole fish.

Ingredients for the roll recipe: lavash - 1 large or 2 medium, smoked salmon - 250-300 grams, fresh cucumber - 1, processed cheese - 250 grams, caviar butter - 250 grams, dill - to your taste.

Preparation. Divide a large pita bread in half.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices along the entire vegetable, use a vegetable peeler for this or cut with a sharp thin knife.
Spread caviar butter on one half of the pita bread. Arrange the cucumber slices.
Place the other half of the pita bread on top and spread it with cheese.

Grate hard cheese.

Cover with the second part, which is also greased with cheese. Place lettuce leaves on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Lavash rolls with chicken

Spicy chicken rolls that definitely need sauce. For example, or yogurt with garlic.

Ingredients: lavash - 1, chicken fillet - 300 grams, onion - 200 grams, carrots - 1 small
chicken broth - 100 ml, pepper, cumin, salt, barberry, turmeric, coriander.

Ingredients: lavash sheet, 190 g of juicy crab sticks, 5 - 6 green onions, 2 boiled eggs, salt to taste, light mayonnaise.

  1. Vegetables are finely chopped. The tomato is cut into thin slices.
  2. Chopped onions and carrots are fried until appetizingly golden brown, after which they are combined with minced meat and simmered together until the meat is cooked. The mass is salted, peppered, and garlic passed through a press is added to it.
  3. The greens are washed and finely chopped.
  4. The cheese is grated coarsely.
  5. The first sheet of pita bread is laid out on the table, smeared with mayonnaise, and the cooled minced meat is laid out on it.
  6. Next, the second sheet coated with mayonnaise is distributed. Greens and tomato slices are laid out on it.
  7. Grated cheese is poured onto the third sheet with sauce.

Ingredients: 2 thin Armenian lavash, 190 g lightly salted salmon, 140 g cream cheese, a bunch of lettuce, half a fresh large cucumber, a pinch of oregano.

  1. The chicken is boiled until cooked and separated into fibers.
  2. The mushrooms are washed, peeled and cut into slices. Next, they are salted, peppered and fried until fully cooked. At the end, add onion cubes to the champignons. Together, the ingredients are fried until the vegetable turns golden brown.
  3. The greens are finely chopped. Instead of the usual dill and parsley, you can take something else to your liking, for example, cilantro.
  4. Lavash is well coated with cream cheese.
  5. Chicken fibers, fried mushrooms, herbs, and cucumbers are poured on top.
  6. The workpiece is rolled into a tight, neat roll.

The finished dish is covered with film and stored in the cold. Next, the snack is cut into thick pieces with a sharp knife. This is a great addition to soup or a filling snack option.

With canned sardines

Ingredients: 3 thin pita bread, a can of canned sardines, 3 boiled eggs, a pack of mayonnaise, 160 g of cheese, fresh dill.

  1. Excess liquid is drained from the fish, after which the sardines are mashed with a fork.
  2. Boiled eggs are cooled and processed with a coarse grater. Hard or semi-hard cheese is crushed in the same way.
  3. Dill is crushed and mixed with mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
  4. The first pita bread is generously coated with the sauce from the previous step. Next, the mashed fish is distributed.
  5. The second pita bread is also covered with mayonnaise and herbs. Crushed eggs are poured onto it.
  6. The third pita bread, coated with sauce, is covered with grated cheese.
  7. All layers are rolled together into a tight roll. The resulting snack is placed in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

You can refrigerate the roll overnight and cut it into pieces in the morning.

With Korean carrots

Ingredients: large thin Armenian lavash, 2 boiled eggs, 2 processed cheese, 210 g Korean carrots, 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, 4 - 5 sprigs of dill.

  1. Eggs and cheese are coarsely rubbed and poured into one bowl.
  2. Spicy carrots are squeezed out of the marinade and added to other products.
  3. Mayonnaise and chopped herbs are added to the filling. If necessary, you can add salt to the mixture.
  4. The resulting filling is laid out on the pita bread and distributed over the entire surface of the sheet.
  5. The pita bread is wrapped in a tight, neat roll.
  6. The workpiece is covered with film and stored in a cool place.

After an hour, the roll is cut into portions.

Stuffed with cod liver

Ingredients: a can of canned fish liver, thin large pita bread, 3 boiled eggs, 40 g of cheese, mayonnaise, herbs.

  1. The liver is kneaded with a fork.

Ingredients: a layer of pita bread, a can of canned fish, a boiled egg, 90 g of processed soft cheese, half a bunch of fresh herbs, 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and pepper.

  1. Boiled eggs are crushed into cubes and then mixed with mayonnaise and soft cheese.
  2. The mass is salted and peppered. You can crush a clove of garlic into it to taste.
  3. Mash the tuna with a fork until smooth.
  4. The greens are washed, dried, and finely chopped.
  5. The cheese and egg mass is distributed over the entire sheet of lavash. Canned food is smeared on top, greens are scattered.
  6. The ingredients are leveled. The “construction” is rolled up.

It will take at least half an hour for the appetizer to soak in the coolness.

With sprats and cheese

Ingredients: 90 g each of sprats in oil, hard cheese, olive mayonnaise, 2 Armenian lavash, 2 garlic cloves, 2 boiled eggs.
