I have already told you that my husband loves sour cream jelly with nuts with the most tender love. And the other day I discovered that I still have a full box of berries frozen for future use in my freezer. Well, I improvised. Ingredients:

For the sour cream layer:

700 g sour cream (I used 18%)

100 ml milk

100-130 g sugar (to taste)

1 tbsp. l. gelatin

1 tbsp. l. vanilla sugar

For the strawberry layer:

300 g strawberries (I used frozen)

3 tbsp. l. Sahara

1 tbsp. l. gelatin (incomplete)

100 ml cold boiled water

Pour gelatin for sour cream jelly with milk, for strawberry jelly with water. Let it swell.

Now let's make strawberry jelly. Thaw the strawberries in a blender with 3 tbsp. l. Sahara.

Bring the swollen gelatin over low heat until dissolved, do not let it boil. Cool until room temperature and carefully, in small portions, add it to the berry puree.

Leave it in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, bring the gelatin, which was poured with milk, to dissolve.

Set aside and begin to beat the sour cream with regular and vanilla sugar. Without stopping whisking, add gelatin cooled to room temperature.

From strawberry jelly separate 8 tablespoons and set aside.

We put the jelly in the bowls: first half of the sour cream jelly, then on top, very carefully, strawberry. Then again, also neatly, sour cream. The layers will blend a little, but that's okay. Place 2 tbsp on the last layer of sour cream jelly. l. set aside strawberry and make random streaks with a stick.

Let the jelly harden in the refrigerator - about 2-3 hours, but it may take longer.
