Hedgehogs in a slow cooker with vegetables

Amazing recipe for meat hedgehogs vegetable pillow in a slow cooker. Here eggplants with sweet peppers are added, but you can also use zucchini, pumpkin, and cabbage.

1. Cut the eggplants into cubes and add salt. After a quarter of an hour, rinse and wring out.

2. While the eggplants are standing, mix the rice with minced meat, onion and raw egg, season with spices, stir.

3. Chop the onions and carrots randomly and immediately place them in the slow cooker. Turn on the baking and fry with the addition of three tablespoons of oil.

4. Add eggplant to the vegetables.

5. After five minutes, add the bell peppers, cut into cubes, stir well, add salt.

6. Form hedgehogs from minced meat and place them in an even layer on a vegetable bed.

7. Rub the tomatoes until puree, pour the hedgehogs on top.

8. Close the multicooker and turn on the stewing mode. These hedgehogs with vegetables take 45-50 minutes to prepare.

If you are steaming hedgehogs in a slow cooker, then you can pour not just water into the bowl itself, but also add cereal for a side dish into the liquid. This way you can kill two birds with one stone and make a full dinner or a second course for lunch.

If you leave hedgehogs in the slow cooker, be sure to close the lids. Rice dries out quickly enough, it will set into hard particles, and such cutlets will be unpleasant to eat.
