To tell the truth, I don’t eat cherries at all (maybe that’s why I was so impressed), because cherries seem to taste better to me, otherwise cherries are kind of sour. But I don’t even eat cherries, because memories from childhood of worms that I saw in almost every cherry, especially in children’s camp, cause tension, since I can’t calmly eat it without checking every berry. So I thought, it’s better to peel the cherries first so that the pie is baked better and the filling is distributed more evenly, besides, during the cleaning process I might notice someone and throw out the berry, and if there’s anyone alive there, then let him burn in hell in the oven. Prepare the ingredients (there are actually more cherries in the photo than you need)

Beat 4 eggs without shells into a deep bowl and add sugar.

Beat eggs with sugar for 10 minutes.

Earlier at this point I recommended turning on music and dancing. Now I decided not only to dance, but also to simultaneously reach with my other hand silicone mold, just in case, lubricate, dry the cherries with a paper towel and remove the seeds.
