I have sterilized champignons, you can use any mushrooms.

Meanwhile, cut into small cubes onion and chop the garlic.

Cut the chicken fillet into very small pieces.

Potatoes must be boiled in their jackets in advance, cooled, peeled and cut lengthwise into 2 halves.

We form potato “boats” from each half, selecting the core using a teaspoon.

Melt 50 gr. butter, pour into a baking dish, and lay out our “boats”.

Now let's prepare the filling.

Place the frying pan on the stove, melt 50 gr. butter and fry the onions until golden brown.

As soon as the onion is slightly browned, add chopped garlic.

There is no need to fry the garlic for a long time; as soon as the garlic aroma appears, add the mushrooms to the pan and fry without reducing the heat.

Mushrooms are browned - add to the pan chicken fillet, lightly fry until the fillet turns white, add black pepper, salt, a teaspoon of chicken seasoning and half a teaspoon of oregano, mix well.

While the fillet is fried, mix potato starch and cold cream until smooth.

Prepared cream sauce pour into the pan and stir quickly until the mixture thickens.

As soon as the mass thickens, turn off the stove, add chopped dill and mix well again.

Taste the filling for salt and, if necessary, add to your taste.

  • 120 g cheese;
  • 50 g sweet pepper;
  • 150 g mayonnaise/sour cream;
  • 2-3 garlic;
  • greenery;

4. Wash the potato tubers well, you can even rub them with a brush. Place in a saucepan, add water and boil until soft. At the same time, be sure to cook over low heat so that the potato skins do not burst, and add salt to taste during the cooking process. Take out the potatoes and let them cool until warm.

5. Then, using a sharp knife, cut the tubers lengthwise into halves. And scrape out the potato pulp with a teaspoon. We get something like boats.

6. Then chop the potato mass, which was scraped out of the potato halves, with a knife into small pieces and put it in a cup. Add chopped chicken meat, 2/3 of grated cheese, sweet pepper cubes, herbs, crushed garlic and sour cream. Stir, seasoning the filling with pepper and salt to taste.

7. Fill the potato boats with the resulting mass. We fill it tightly and always with a slide.

Potatoes can be used to prepare very impressive and tasty dish for the festive table - potatoes, stuffed with minced meat(preferably). Potatoes are baked in the oven, but before that they are steamed until half cooked, so that when baking they remain juicy and soft. If you immediately put raw tubers in the oven, then firstly, the potatoes will take a long time to bake. And secondly, it may remain harsh or dry out.
For stuffing, it is better to choose tubers of the same size, oval or round-oval in shape. There are several options for making stuffing preparations. The simplest one is to cut the potato in half lengthwise and remove some of the pulp from each half to make boats. If you have a special knife for peeling potatoes, you can cut off the top and remove the potato pulp, leaving the walls about 1 cm thick. You will get a barrel, which will need to be filled with filling before baking. Potatoes stuffed with minced meat and baked in the oven are easy to prepare, you will see for yourself in our today's recipe with photos.

Ingredients:
- medium-sized potato tubers – 10-12 pcs;
- minced meat – 300-350 g;
- onion – 1 head;
- dill or parsley - a small bunch;
- ground paprika (or paprika + chili) - to taste;
- freshly ground black pepper – 0.5 tsp. (taste);
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- salt - to taste;
- tomato sauce or adjika, fresh vegetables - for serving.

Recipe with photos step by step:

Place a pan of water over high heat and place a colander or metal sieve on the rim. Cover with a lid of suitable diameter. While the water is boiling, prepare the potato tubers. Peel and cut in half. Using a sharp-nosed teaspoon, make a hole in the potato half to form a boat. Let's trim the bottom a little for stability. This way we will prepare the required amount of potatoes. The pulp that has been cut out can be added to the minced meat (half) or can be steamed and mashed with butter or sour cream.

Place the potato boats in an improvised steamer in one or two layers. Add some salt and boil for a couple of minutes, 15, until half cooked.

Let the potatoes cool slightly. Transfer to a deep bowl. Sprinkle with paprika or a mixture of paprika and chili, and salt. Watering vegetable oil. Cover the dish with a lid and shake several times so that the spices, oil and salt are evenly distributed and get on each potato.

Turn on the oven. While it is heating up to 180 degrees, we will make the filling from minced meat. Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder. Following the meat, grind part of the potato pulp (about half) in a meat grinder. Mix with chopped herbs, season with ground pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly until it becomes a homogeneous viscous mass.

Fill potato boats with minced meat. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or in a mold with sides, greasing the bottom and walls with oil. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

We take it out and check the readiness of the potatoes and minced meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return briefly to the oven, on the top level. After about five minutes, the cheese will melt and you can remove the finished dish from the oven.

We serve the finished potatoes to the table immediately; they are very tasty while hot, fresh from the oven. You can add any pickles and marinades, fresh vegetables or a juicy salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, young cabbage or radishes with herbs. Bon appetit!
