Ingredients:

  • strawberries – 300-400 g
  • soft cottage cheese (any low-calorie) – 200 g
  • gelatin – 10 g
  • water – 100 ml
  • sweetener

How to cook?

  1. Soak the gelatin in water according to the instructions and leave for a while.
  2. Heat the infused gelatin until it is completely dissolved, but do not bring it to a boil.
  3. Wash the strawberries, cut them and beat them in a blender along with cottage cheese and sweetener.
  4. Combine the resulting strawberry-curd mass with gelatin and mix.
  5. Pour the finished strawberry mousse into glasses and garnish with fresh berries.

  • oat flakes – 100 g

  • gelatin – 1 tsp.
  • water – 1 tbsp. l.

How to cook?

  1. Peel the banana and use a fork to puree it. Then add honey and oatmeal to it. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass.
  2. Fill your muffin tins with it. Bake the baskets for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Meanwhile, cover the gelatin with water and leave for 10 minutes.
