Knead the dough for about 7 minutes, then cover the bowl with film and put it in a place protected from drafts.




Leave the dough for 50 minutes while it rises, make the filling.




Place the rice boiled until tender into a deep bowl and cool.






Peel the pumpkin, chop it finely, simmer in heated vegetable oil until soft, add to the rice.




Finely chop the head onions, sauté in a mixture of creamy and vegetable oil, add to the rest of the filling ingredients. Salt everything together to taste.
