  • Short grain rice - 1 tbsp.;
  • Milk - 2 tbsp.;
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • Butter - 100 g;
  • Vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • Seedless raisins to taste, on average 0.5 tbsp.

Cooking steps:

  1. Cook the rice. After the water boils, let it boil for 10 minutes, turn it off, rinse and drain the water. Heat the milk in a separate bowl. Pour hot milk over the washed rice and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the yolks with sugar and vanillin until the crystals are completely dissolved. Beat the whites into a strong foam with a mixer.
  3. Melt the butter until soft.
  4. After the rice has cooled, add softened butter and yolks with sugar.
  5. Add raisins to the mixture and stir.
  6. Add foam whipped from egg whites into the resulting mixture. It is necessary to introduce carefully so that the foam does not fall off.
  7. Divide the mixture into baking tins.
  8. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. The crust should be browned.

You will need :

  • Rice - 1 tbsp.;
  • Minced pork and beef - 400 g;
  • Onion - one medium head;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Salt, black and red pepper - to taste;
  • A pinch of your favorite spices;
  • Vegetable oil.

Cooking steps:
