    2. Cleaned squids must be properly cooked, being careful not to overcook them in hot water so that they do not become rubbery. In order to get very tender boiled squid, I advise you to do the following. Boil water in a medium-sized saucepan, add one squid carcass and cook for exactly 1 minute. Place the carcass in a colander to drain the water, wait a little until the water in the pan boils again, add the second squid and cook for 1 minute, and so on with all the carcasses. Thanks to this simple and quick procedure, the squid will be cooked to the correct consistency.


    3. Cut the cooked squid into thin long strips and place in a salad bowl.

    4. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into small cubes.

    5. Peel the onions and cut them in half. Divide it into separate flakes and remove thin films between them. Then cut the onion into long thin half rings.

    6. Place the onion in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Leave it for 10 minutes, then drain it in a colander, rinse with cold water and dry on a paper towel.

    Now place the carcasses on a cutting board and chop them into strips using a knife. Place the finely chopped squid into a clean (most importantly dry) medium bowl and move on to preparing the next ingredient. Step 2: prepare the eggs.
    Place the chicken eggs in a small saucepan, fill it with regular cold water so that the liquid completely covers the ingredients, and place on medium heat. When the contents of the container boil, set it aside for 10 minutes. We need to hard boil the eggs.

    After the allotted time has passed, turn off the burner and place the pan in the sink under running cold water using oven mitts. When the component has cooled completely, clean it with clean hands and place it on a cutting board.
    Using a knife, chop the eggs into cubes and pour into a clean plate. Step 3: prepare the onions.
