Ingredients:

200 g wheat bread, 50 g butter,
1 glass of fresh fruit or compote (slices),
2 tbsp. spoons of crushed nuts.

Preparation

Dry the bread slices and spread with butter. Place slices of apples, pears or peaches boiled in sugar syrup on top.
Sprinkle with toasted nuts.

Sweet sandwiches with honey and berries

Ingredients:

100 g white bread or cookies, 20 g butter, 1-2 tbsp. spoons of candied honey, half a glass of berries: strawberries, raspberries, currants, gooseberries or grapes.

Preparation

Spread white bread or cookies with butter and honey. Place one or more varieties of berries on each sandwich.

In winter, berries can be replaced with fruit compote.
Bread or cookies can be moistened with syrup or water with honey.

Sandwiches with cottage cheese, | nuts and raisins

Ingredients:

200 g wheat bread or cookies, 1 glass of cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar, 2 tbsp. spoons of crushed nuts, 1/2 cup raisins.

Preparation

Cover slices of wheat bread or cookies with a thick layer of cottage cheese mixed with raisins and seasoned with sugar (do not smooth it!).
Sprinkle toasted nuts on top.

with honey, nuts
and raisins

Ingredients:

200 g wheat bread, 4 tbsp. spoons of candied honey, 50 g butter, 2 tbsp. spoons of crushed nuts, 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins.

Preparation

Dry slices of wheat bread, spread with butter, put candied honey on top, sprinkle with toasted crushed nuts and raisins.

Sandwiches
with cheese and fruit

Ingredients:

200 g wheat bread, 80 g cheese butter, 1 glass of fruit (orange, banana, kiwi), 1 tbsp. spoon of crushed nuts.

Preparation

Cover slices of wheat bread with cheese butter. Place slices of fruit drenched in sweet syrup on top and sprinkle with toasted nuts.

With curd cream

Ingredients:

1 pack of cottage cheese, preferably sweet, 100 g of sugar (if the cottage cheese is unsweetened), half a glass of cream or sour cream - good, thick, lemon zest, vanillin on the tip of a knife, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of chopped candied fruits or 100 g of marmalade (both are possible), a little chocolate.

White bread, cookies or muffin.

Preparation

Mix cottage cheese with sugar and cream or sour cream, grind well to obtain a soft, homogeneous mass, season with lemon zest and vanilla, add candied fruits.
Spread the cream onto pieces of white bread, cake or cookies and decorate with small pieces of marmalade and chocolate.
You can make a cookie cake with the same cream. Place the cookies in three layers on a plate, spread cream between the layers. Grease the sides and top of the “cake” with cream and decorate with pieces of marmalade and chocolate.
Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
