Lavash roll with champignons and cheese. Lavash roll with mushrooms: a step-by-step recipe with a photo Lavash roll with mushrooms and vegetables

Snacks from Armenian lavash can be considered universal: they will be relevant on weekdays, and on holidays, and for breakfast, and for lunch, and for a picnic. And if you don’t know what is so interesting and unusual to cook for the arrival of guests in order to “dilute” the traditional menu “fur coat-Olivier-sandwiches-sliced” - you can safely cook pita rolls with different fillings.

Today I bring to your attention an interesting selection of recipes from pita bread with mushroom filling. If you don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, you can use pickled mushrooms for a snack. And if you have at least a little time, fry the mushrooms with onions in advance, so the filling will turn out to be more juicy and fragrant.

With mushrooms, you can cook not only cold snacks in pita bread, but also hot ones. For example, a baked roll with mushrooms and cheese will be excellent. hot snack and an alternative to the traditional julienne. In addition, if you show a little imagination and experiment with the filling, you can end up with almost culinary masterpieces, and this is all, mind you, from simple and inexpensive products.

Snack rolls with mushrooms and chicken

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms: fresh champignons 200 gr.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Smoked ham 100 gr.
  • Soft processed cheese 100 gr.
  • Hard cheese "Russian" 100 gr.
  • Thin lavash 2 pcs.

How to cook:

Mushrooms must be fried in advance vegetable oil with onion.

Cut the smoked leg into thin slices.

Grate hard cheese on the smallest grater.

We unfold the sheet of pita bread on the table.

Spread pita bread with cream cheese.

Sprinkle evenly with grated cheese.

Top with a second sheet of pita bread.

Then we spread the second pita mushrooms and smoked chicken.

We roll our pita bread with chicken and mushrooms into a tight roll.

The finished roll must be wrapped in foil, or cling film. We send the pita roll to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, so that the appetizer is properly soaked.

Juicy filling with crab sticks and mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 thin pita bread about 20 by 40 cm in size;
  • 100 gr crab sticks;
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • 100 gr marinated champignons;
  • 2-4 lettuce leaves.

How to cook:

Lubricate the surface of the pita bread with mayonnaise. I am quite even about this sauce, but if it is needed to prepare a dish, then I try to make mayonnaise myself. It's quite simple, but it turns out much tastier than store-bought mayonnaise.

Crab sticks cut into small cubes. And spread on pita bread with mayonnaise.

We do the same with pickled mushrooms - cut them into small cubes, put them on crab sticks.

Wash lettuce leaves, pat dry and place on top. crab sticks with mushrooms. The number of leaves depends on their size - we need them to cover the whole lavash if possible.

Tightly roll the crab roll from pita bread, pack it in cling film or foil. And then we send it to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours - soak.

Before serving, cut the roll into rounds with a thickness of at least 1 cm. If you try to make them smaller, you risk getting thin rolls stuffed with crab sticks and mushrooms, which will not keep their shape well and may “fall apart”.

We spread the pita appetizer with crab sticks and mushrooms on a dish, decorate with herbs and serve.

Lavash appetizer with mushrooms and cheese in the oven

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of thin pita bread;
  • 100 g of champignons;
  • 50 g hard cheese;
  • 0.5 bunch of parsley;
  • 1 egg for greasing the roll;

Cooking:

Cut mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil. When the mushrooms are ready, salt and pepper them, cool.

And then cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Finely chop the washed and dried parsley.

We combine cheese, mushrooms and greens, spread on top of a sheet of pita bread.

We roll the pita bread into a tight roll.

And put it in a baking dish. Brush the top of the roll with a lightly beaten egg.

We send a baking dish with a roll of pita bread with mushrooms to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. We need to wait for the surface to brown - this will happen in 10-15 minutes. This means that the roll is already ready, the cheese has melted inside, and the filling has turned into a thick mass, very tender and juicy.

We take the pita bread out of the oven and cut it into large pieces - 2-3 cm wide.

Recipe for roll with mushrooms and melted cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of thin pita bread;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 -200 g of champignons;
  • vegetable oil for frying onions and mushrooms;
  • 50-70 g of processed cheese;
  • dill greens;

How to cook:

We clean the onion, cut it into half rings and saute until transparent and soft in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Add champignons, cut into thin plates, to the passivated onion. And fry everything together over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes.

Salt and pepper mushrooms with onions, cool and cut into small pieces. One of the most important components of our filling for pita bread with mushrooms is ready.

By the way, about lavash. It must certainly be thin (it is also called Armenian) and have a rectangular or square shape. I prefer to cook pita rolls in a rectangular shape - this way they roll up easier. The approximate size of such a sheet of pita bread is 20x40 cm.

Lubricate one of the sheets of pita bread with spreadable processed cheese - half of the total.

Sprinkle finely chopped dill on top.

Then grease the second sheet of pita bread with the remaining melted cheese.

We put the second sheet (only with melted cheese) on the first (with melted cheese and dill), and then on top of the second sheet of pita we place chopped mushrooms with onions.

Gently roll the pita bread stuffed with a roll, rather tight.

We pack in cling film or foil and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Snack in lavash with mushrooms and fresh vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of thin pita bread;
  • 1 small tomato;
  • 1 small cucumber;
  • 0.5 bunch of parsley;
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • 100-150 g of champignons;
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil for cooking mushrooms.

How to cook:

We will need thin pita bread - the basis of our snack, which we will roll up. I used 20 x 40 cm pita bread, but if you wish, you can prepare this appetizer from a large 40 x 40 cm square sheet.

Let's prepare the filling. Vegetables - tomato and cucumber - cut into small cubes. Finely chop parsley greens. We mix.

Three hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Mushrooms cut into plates and fry in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally, until tender. This is a fairly quick process, due to the fact that champignons do not cook for as long as, for example, wild mushrooms, you can do it in 10-15 minutes. Then salt and pepper the mushrooms, cool and cut into small cubes.

Grease a sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise and put chopped vegetables and herbs on top.

Then the turn of champignons - we distribute them over all surfaces of the pita bread.

And lastly, lay out the hard cheese.

We wrap the pita bread in a roll, trying to do it carefully, but as tightly as possible. Then we pack the roll in cling film or foil and send it to the refrigerator to soak.

After 3-40 minutes, the pita roll can be taken out and cut into portions.

Bon appetit!

Lavash roll with mushrooms and cheese can be made in very different ways. Today I offer you the most delicious option! Of course, it is so delicious, delicious just for me and my family. You may have other addictions. But ... "without trying - do not blame!" (c) Therefore, you cook, and there it will already be possible to decide whether to write this recipe in your cookbook or not.

I made a pita roll with mushrooms using previously fried chanterelles. I really love these mushrooms. And in combination with onions and herbs, they are even more fragrant! But you can use any mushrooms that you have available, including the most popular mushrooms. As for the type of processing of mushrooms, it is not necessary to use exclusively fried ones. You can take boiled, pickled, salted. Of course, the taste of the finished dish largely depends on the mushrooms, so choose the ones that you like. Well, I took the usual hard cheese, Poshekhonsky, to his company. Any Russian, Lamber will do.

In addition to these two main ingredients, I decided to put eggs in the pita bread roll with mushrooms and cheese. But! Not boiled, but ... fried! Believe me, the taste is completely different. And this is the first secret of cooking. How to fry? We will not make fried eggs, it is absolutely useless here. I tossed and fried lightly, just so they would set and not be soggy. But at the same time they were soft and tender. Therefore, it will take just a couple of minutes to prepare.

Well, the second secret of making pita roll with mushrooms is in the sauce. Of course, for smearing, you can just take one mayonnaise, as I did in the case, or sour cream. But this time I went the other way - I combined mayonnaise with tomato paste. It turned out very tasty and moderately spicy sauce, which perfectly complemented all the other ingredients and did not allow the roll to be dry!

Well, let's look in detail with step by step photos, and then immediately bake a delicious pita roll with mushrooms and cheese!

Ingredients:

  • thin Armenian lavash- 3 pieces of 40 g
  • mushrooms - 120 g
  • cheese - 130 g
  • eggs - 3 pieces
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.

First of all, I fried the eggs in a well-heated pan with butter. As I already wrote - while stirring, I waited for them to just grab and remain soft.

Cheese grated on a large grater. Mayonnaise combined with tomato paste, stirred until a uniform color.

Spread out the first pita bread. Lubricated it with sauce (half of the entire cooked mass).

Covered with a second pita bread. I sprinkled it with 1/3 of the cheese.

She laid eggs on top.

Covered with a third pita bread. Topped it with the remaining sauce. She laid out mushrooms fried with onions and herbs.

Sprinkle with cheese, reserving a little for topping.

She rolled up folded pita bread stuffed with a roll. Tried to make it tight. Placed seam side down on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.

I sent it to the oven already preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. No longer needed!

That's all, a very tasty pita roll with mushrooms and cheese is ready! You can immediately cut and serve hot;)

Save the recipe to your browser bookmarks or on the wall of any social network and cook according to it at a convenient time for you. The main thing - do it with soul and love;)

Cooking method:

  1. Mushrooms washed, cut and fried in vegetable oil with onions until tender. Salted and peppered them. Solid and processed cheeses rubbed on a grater. I mixed both cheeses. Greens (I had green onions, dill and a few sprigs of parsley) cut. Read more:
  2. Spread out a sheet of pita bread. Lay out the mushrooms on top. Then cheese and herbs. Smoothed over the surface, not reaching the edge, so that it would be convenient to wrap later. I folded the top and bottom edges inward so that the melted cheese would not flow out, then rolled up the entire sheet of pita bread.
  3. Place the folded roll on a parchment-lined baking sheet. She beat the egg and greased the roll. I preheated the oven to 180 degrees and sent the roll there for 15 minutes. Everything, pita roll with cheese and mushrooms is ready! We used it as an addition to a bowl of soup, a cup of tea and as an independent dish along with fresh vegetables.

Recently, lavash has gained great popularity (as an alternative to bread). This is especially true when it comes to some kind of grill menu: kebabs, steaks, baked fish - lavash goes well with all these goodies. But, besides this, a wide variety of snacks can be prepared from thin pita bread, for example, stuffed rolls. Such an appetizer will become a real decoration of any feast and will certainly appeal to all guests.

The special charm of this dish is that you can use a fairly large set of products as a filling, so you will certainly choose for yourself the option that will be optimal for you. I cook pita rolls very often and even find it difficult to immediately say which one I like the most. But I know for sure: my guests especially highlight lavash rolls with mushrooms and melted cheese. Perhaps the whole point is that this is a neutral appetizer, neither fish nor meat, but at the same time hearty and tasty. I will be happy to share with you the recipe for my pita mushroom roll, and I really hope that you will like my pita roll with mushroom filling.

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of thin pita bread;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 -200 g of champignons;
  • vegetable oil for frying onions and mushrooms;
  • 50-70 g of processed cheese;
  • dill greens;

How to cook pita rolls with mushrooms and melted cheese:
