  • lemon – 1 pc.;
  • fresh basil – 0.5 bunch;
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. spoons;

Preparation

For the salad from smoked chicken and peaches I always take a mix. This time I have arugula and corn. You can just take Chinese cabbage, but the taste will be slightly simplified.

Do not take a soft apple, it should be hard, sweet and sour varieties.

But smoked breast can be replaced with baked or fried. The taste will, of course, change, but there will be a good variation.


If the top of the smoked breast is hard, it is better to cut it thinly. In this case, choose a slightly heavier breast. Cut the chicken into thin pieces.
