Following the zucchini, we clean and rub the carrot. We also use a coarse grater.

We clean the onion and cut it into small cubes. We also clean a few cloves of garlic and pass through the press. We place both products in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion until soft. Prepare all ingredients for the meal:

  • Minced meat 400-450 grams (preferably mixed, pork and beef)
  • Small zucchini, 3-4 pieces
  • Lavash, preferably rectangular, you will need 4 sheets (4 layers)
  • Cheese, hard grade, 50 grams
  • Bulb, 1 piece
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Chicken egg, one
  • Mayonnaise, pack of 200 grams
  • Vegetable oil for greasing the mold
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper

The sequence of steps:

  1. All the vegetables for the pie that need to be washed are mine, the rest are cleaned. We chop one zucchini, we get straws. Put the meat, zucchini in a suitable dish and mix.
  2. Onion, garlic finely chopped. Pour a drop of vegetable oil into the pan, fry this mixture. We put the prepared minced meat to them, fry. Taste for salt, add pepper.
  3. Cut the rest of the zucchini from both ends, cut into slices. Fry in a pan for a few minutes on both sides.
  4. We begin to form our pie. Grease the bottom of the mold with oil. We lay the first piece of pita bread (it is better to buy it in a roll, estimate what would be enough for 4 layers). We apply mayonnaise (we coat each pita bread with it), put meat with vegetables.
  5. We cover, followed by mayonnaise and zucchini. Next, alternate the layers of the cake.
  6. We prepare the filling. Put some mayonnaise on top of the egg. Beat and pour the mixture over the top layer of the lavash pie.
  7. Now you just need to sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven. Temperature 180°, time 25-30 minutes. Eat immediately while hot.

3 eggs
2 tsp soda
2.5 tbsp flour

For filling:
1 kg
2 onions
50 g butter
1/2 tsp seasoning for meat
salt, black pepper to taste

Cooking:
1. Peel and twist the young through a meat grinder or in a food processor.
2. Put the zucchini in a bowl, salt a little, after 10 minutes squeeze out the excess liquid not very much, add sour cream, eggs and soda, season with spices and mix thoroughly.
3. Then add the sifted flour to the vegetable mass, the mass should turn out a little thicker than on pancakes.
4. Place baking paper (foil) on a baking sheet, which you grease with vegetable oil. Lay the parsley sprigs in the first layer, carefully pour the vegetable mixture over the pattern. And evenly spread the finely chopped garlic on top.
5. Bake the squash pie in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
6. While the squash pie is baking in the oven, let's prepare the minced meat: fry the minced meat with chopped onions in butter until tender, season with spices.
7. Take out the finished squash pie from oven and prying with a sharp knife along the edges, carefully separate it from the baking paper without removing it completely. While still hot, cut the pie crosswise (i.e. into 4 parts), sprinkle two parts of the pie with grated cheese, put the prepared minced meat on top and sprinkle more cheese on top.

8. Put a piece of the pie on top of the filling, gently turning it upside down, now press it so that the top of the pie lies tightly. Put on a dish and cut into portions. The top can also be sprinkled with cheese.
9. And squash pie with meat ready to serve!
